- The Arrowhead Lake Association (ALA) prohibits non-members from accessing the two ALA beach clubs, the gated Arrowhead Lake perimeter trail, ALA member-owned docks on Lake Arrowhead, and Grass Valley Park unless accompanied by an ALA member. All guests can still enjoy the lake at Lake Arrowhead Village, book a boat tour on the Arrowhead Queen, and visit other lakes, parks, and trails in the area
- No access to the trails (whether gated or not gated). Security may approach and ask for identification
- No fishing at the lake. Fishing gear is still available for fishing at nearby public lakes
- Please be respectful of neighbors by keeping noise pollution to a minimum, especially at night. There is a local noise ordinance in effect; if a complaint is filed during your stay, and as a result, the local manager is contacted by the authorities, a $300 fine will be imposed

- This 3-story home required stairs to access. There is a bedroom and bathroom on the main level
- Mountain bike use requires the signing of a liability waiver, which will be provided prior to your arrival
- Your safety matters. Two exterior surveillance cameras are located at the front and back doors of the home. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces
