Prepare your meals for the family in the fully equipped kitchen, designed with both function and style in mind, featuring sleek stainless-steel appliances, crisp white cabinets, and convenient counter seating for four. And with a Keurig and drip coffee maker available, this space is sure to have everything you need.

After a day of exploring Lake Arrowhead’s scenic beauty, step outside onto the expansive wraparound deck, where relaxation meets nature. This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a loft.

Bedroom #1 includes a California king size bed and a smart TV.

Bedroom #3 is an open loft that includes two queen size beds, a full-size bed, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.

This home also includes two full bathrooms; one with a single vanity and a walk-in shower, another with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home, located in the garage.
• Driveway and garage parking available for 2 vehicles.
• Stairs required.
• This home is equipped with four (4) external security cameras; (1) located above the garage door and actively monitoring the driveway, (2) located at the front door and actively monitoring the front porch, (3) located on the front deck and actively monitoring the deck, (4) located on the side deck and actively monitoring the deck.
• All requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of $30.00 per hour. Please feel free to contact us if you are interested in arranging.
• Local ordinances require us to collect the Good Neighbor form along with a photo ID from reservation holder.
• There is a $35 per pet, per night for pets, max of 2 for any pet friendly homes.

Because Lake Arrowhead is private, guests can fish in the nearby lakes, such as Lake Gregory and Green Valley Lake.

This location is also ideal for its close proximity to nearby mountain resorts with thrilling ski runs in the winter and serviced mountain biking and scenic hiking in the summer. Snow Valley Mountain Resort is a half-hour away with trails for every level and the only chairlift sledding area in Southern California. Just 10 minutes away, enjoy the fun and entertainment at SkyPark at Santa’s Village. Around the holidays, this property transforms into a nostalgic Old-World Christmas in the woods with shopping, dining, and outdoor activities like ice skating. Santa can be found here year-round, even in the summer when professionally designed bike trails and zip lines are a main attraction.
