Napili Shores F150 is a ground-floor condo with a one-bedroom, one-bathroom layout that can accommodate up to five guests and features a split air conditioning system. Tastefully decorated with Hawaiian-inspired decor, this unit has everything you might need for your Maui getaway. Enjoy cooking in the newly updated kitchen, which features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The bedroom has a comfortable king-size bed; for additional guests, there is a queen-size sofa bed and a twin-size loveseat bed.

Napili Shores nestled in lush, well-maintained gardens, offers the ideal balance between tropical seclusion and convenient access to West Maui's beaches. The resort's amenities include an oceanfront pool with sweeping views of the Pacific, a second pool surrounded by tropical foliage, and a hot tub perfect for unwinding. BBQ grills and picnic areas are also available, allowing you to enjoy outdoor dining amidst the island's natural beauty. There are also two restaurants on the property; the famous Gazebo Restaurant known for its breakfast and Kitchen 5315 Restaurant and Tiki Bar Lounge. Enjoy a leisurely walk to the sandy beach and tranquil water that is the famous Napili Bay. This is a nice spot to enjoy the sun and water activities.

PARKING: Cars must be parked in places designated. Only one vehicle per apartment may be parked on the premises at one time. Owners', renters', and guests' cars may be parked on premises only during periods of occupancy and must have a parking permit displayed. Parking permits available at the front desk.

Condo was perfect! Bed was extremely comfortable. All kitchen items were there and the appliances were nice. Fantastic location to Napili and Kapalua beaches. Walking distance to multiple restaurants for quick bites, full meal and coffee. Quick driver over to the market for groceries.

Wonderful property for our family of five. Convenient location between the two pools and just a short walk to the beach. The kitchen had just about everything you would need for a week long stay. The pull-out beds in the living room worked out well for our family. Short drive or walk to Napili Market if you need to grab any grocery items. Would highly recommend this listing.

Napili Vacation

Condo was conveniently located and quiet- close to pools and restaurants and could see ocean from lanai. Plenty of nice bath towels provided-bed was also very comfy-5 beach chairs and a cooler also provided which was very nice to have-ninja blender big bonus forsure! Condo was clean but could have been cleaner -grounds also not kept up daily as it used to be from prior stays - condo is nice but could use some TLC-no safe provided in condo-more than 1 beach towel for a 24 day stay would have nice and appreciated also. Overall would stay again just for the convenience and location and quietness.

Incredible trip

I can’t say enough good things about this place. We are a family of 4 with two kids aged 4 and 6. We loved the grassy area outside the unit, the pool, the restaurant, the proximity to the beach and the most beautiful sunsets. The unit itself was fully stocked with everything we needed. We used the blender a fair bit to make delicious smoothies. The shower was great even for our kiddos. The beds were comfortable. The unit came with some beach chairs and a cooler. We purchased a cheap set of sand toys from the local market. The on sight store offered reasonable rental prices for snorkelling gear and buggy boards. The staff were friendly and responded quickly. We would 100% book this unit again. Thank you!

Great tasteful one bedroom unit in a great location

Overall, my cousin and I enjoyed the unit. it was well equipped and in a great location near our favorite beach. Our only real criticism is that the AC units were set to prevent any setting cooler than 74 degrees.

Great escape, lovely unit

We loved our stay here. This is our third time at this location, first time in this unit. Things we loved: The unit was very clean and we enjoyed its location. You can see a small part of the water from the porch, and on the rainier days the interior is cozy and welcoming. It had just about everything we needed. When we arrived, the coffee pot had a small crack in it — the property managers came right away and replaced it. All in all, you really can’t go wrong here. Minutes walk to the beach, you’re close to the pool without being next to it, the unit is lovely. Things we didn’t love: We only bother including these things because of how much we paid to come (a lot for us). While it was only two of us, we were staying for six days and were only given two beach towels (when we asked for a couple more, they were reluctant a bit but did bring us some). We would’ve loved if the unit had a beach umbrella, but we rented one from the store on the property. Lastly, check-in was easy but we did get mixed messages from the property management company and the property itself. The front desk told us check-in was 3pm and check out 11am, while the property managers told us 4pm and 10am respectively. After arriving at 12pm to Maui and needing to do some grocery shopping, a 4pm check in time feels rather late, especially with perishable groceries (and the last thing you want to do after arriving there is get back in the car to go grocery shopping). Generally though, very few complaints.

Exactly as described. Excellent location. Well stocked.

We were very happy with our stay in this unit and would absolutely stay there again. The unit was exactly as described and very well stocked with kitchen essentials and beach gear. Napili is a gem on the island, and while the surf can get bigger during north swells in the winter, there is always a calm part of the bay for swimming, and the sunsets are still perfect. The kitchen was very well stocked, including the sharpest knives I've seen at a vacation rental and even a Ninja blender which is a serious upgrade when you make smoothies everyday! They officially include two beach chairs, beach towels and very small cooler, but when we were there there were 6 Tommy Bahama beach chairs total, 3 sets of fins (smaller sizes 7-8), a snorkel mask, a boogie board, and a bag of sand toys which were a hit with our kids. Being a ground floor unit, everything felt like it was at your fingertips - we really enjoyed the ocean view from the lanai and the short walk across the lawn to the beach, tide pools,swimming pools, or BBQ areas. At least one breakfast at the Gazebo is a must, but be ready to wait in line for a bit. My Perfect Stays was very communicative and when the microwave in the unit stopped working, they were there within a couple hours of our call with a replacement. The only downside is that the bedroom windows let all the noise from the adjacent parking lot in all night - whether the 4am garbage truck, the 5am Hana bound travelers, or the folks getting home at 12am.

Great location if you love Napili

We have stayed at this property many times and just love it. We enjoy snorkeling with the turtles in the next bay over. We enjoy having breakfast at the Gazebo. We love being able to walk to close by restaurants and we love Napili beach. The condo was very well equipped with everything we needed from chairs, towels, umbrella and boogie boards, to everything to cook with. Perfect spot to play games and have wonderful family time.

We Love Napili Bay

We have stayed at the Napili Shores Resort properties several times. This unit was a little bigger with a bedroom and was a really great unit! The owners have the unit very well stocked with extra appliances, blenders, popcorn makers, rubbermaid bowls, spices and other odds and ends that make it very homey! Nice beach towels and some games, etc. We like having a ground floor unit so we can just walk out the back door to the pool, beach, etc. Highly recommend this unit!!

We've stayed here before so knew the property well. Felt we should have had a cleaning provided given our 16 night stay & the price we paid to stay there. Did not care to wash our linens while there. Did not care for the 100% polyester sheets.

Limited air conditioning

This unit was extremely clean except the shower curtain. The kitchen was well stocked with items in great/new condition. Bed was comfortable, pillows, sheets, all cozy. There were beach chairs, cooler and boogie boards available for use. I also left an umbrella and beach towels there for others to use. Parking was never an issue. The beach was a short walk through the complex. Things you should know before you go: air conditioning is limited to 10 degrees cooler than outside (for me it wasn't cool enough in the bedroom). After I asked, they did bring me two fans. Towels were limited, you have to wash if you want to get clean ones. That's about it. Most units don't have any air conditioning at all so this one is probably one of the better units in this complex.

Best Condo Hear

Very beautiful and clean with everything you’ll need for a perfect stay! This place was cozy. We cooked at the condo everyday. The kitchen had it all and in all new condition. I slept on the couch for a week and had good sleep every night. We would all love to stay here again and again.
