"The hotel policy is to only clean rooms “lightly” after 3 days-lightly is an extreme understatement. We had to call for fresh towels. The hallways were in dire need of vacuuming. The staff was very unclear about when the swim up bar closed. It turns out to be 5pm but check in is 4pm so by the time ..."

"Very clean with great custodial staff. Hot water was broken most of my stay, ruining the point of paying extra for jetted tub. Wifi constantly needing me to sign in and taking a long time to authenticate was annoying. Breakfast was bad, but the pool side restaurant was great."
