  • ¡RELAJARSE! Comience su día con una taza de café recién hecho en su balcón privado disfrutando del hermoso amanecer sobre el Golfo de México. Si prefiere dormir, simplemente coloque las cortinas antes de irse a dormir, puede abrir las puertas corredizas de vidrio y dejar que el suave sonido del oleaje y el olor a aire salado lo adormezca.

    Los nuevos propietarios están decididos a hacer de este Condominio de vacaciones de 5 ESTRELLAS

    ¡PONTE CÓMODO! La habitación está amueblada con una cama queen size con colchón de espuma de memoria y un televisor de pantalla plana montado en la pared. En un lado de la sala de estar encontrará un sofá cama tamaño queen. En el otro lado de la habitación hay un sofá cama de tamaño estándar, ambos sofás tienen colchones Posturepedic.

    NADO, SOL Y JUEGO! Justo afuera de la parte trasera de nuestro edificio se encuentra la piscina climatizada y el spa, recientemente remodelados. En la playa! South Padre Island (SPI) cuenta con algunas de las playas más limpias del estado de Texas y para llegar a la playa solo necesita caminar a través de la puerta, es así de cerca.

    COMER PISCINA! Hay tres áreas de barbacoa / picnic justo al lado de la piscina, spa y playa.

    ¡MANTENERSE A SALVO! The Aquarius es un edificio cerrado, dotado de un equipo gerencial amable y profesional, que está disponible las 24 horas, todos los días. El edificio ofrece estacionamiento gratuito, una sala de lavandería, una pequeña sala de fitness y salas de sauna separadas para hombres y mujeres.

    ¡SALIENDO Y ALREDEDOR! Convenientemente ubicado en el corazón de SPI, estarás a una corta distancia a pie de tiendas, lugares de entretenimiento y excelentes restaurantes junto a la bahía. No faltan cosas que hacer en SPI y en áreas cercanas para adultos y niños; golf, parasailing, alquiler de motos acuáticas, parque acuático, carritos, avistamiento de delfines, observación de aves, exhibición de tortugas marinas, museo marítimo y un faro, por mencionar solo algunos.

    Sin embargo, no hay cargo por brazalete, hay un cargo de reemplazo por pulseras perdidas

    Este condominio fue perfecto! Mi familia de 4 se alojó aquí sin problemas. Las vistas eran impresionantes y el personal del condominio era fantástico. No puedo esperar a volver el próximo año

This condo is perfect. The views are the best we’ve found in the Island in 20 years of visiting. The condo was well stocked with all the necessities. Matt, the Host was amazing to communicate with and very responsive. We had absolutely no issues while we were there. The staff at the Condo were also very friendly and attentive. We will most definitely be staying at this condo as much as we can when we visit the Island.

This beach stay is a gem! The view from the large balcony was amazing and where I spent my quiet mornings with my coffee! The walk to the beach was a quick walk down the private path from the hotel. The host was easy to communicate with and provided clear check in instructions. Highly recommended if you want something right on the water. Beautiful!

Beautiful view, very nice dining area for cooking, eating and lounging. I enjoyed drinking coffee outside and watching the sunrise. It was great to be right on the beach. I also had fun using the pool, hot tub and sauna. My wife and I enjoyed our stay at South Padre Island. If you go, be sure to stay here - you won't be disappointed!
