"This is a retirement home facility. There is nothing in the unit, it is pretty bare, not even a lamp. The TV remote didn't work so I couldn't watch the microscopic, tiny TV that was in there. The bathroom and tub were disgusting and rusty. The kitchen was old and disgusting. Every light was set to 11. It was basically a big open room with a laminate wood floor with dirt in all the cracks and broken stuff. The air conditioner worked and the bed was fine. Would not stay again."

"We always stay here when we visit Brownsville. It's a one level home with doorways wide enough for my wheelchair. The whole rental is very accommodating."

"Communication was great! The only thing was a little miss leading was saying the common room also had a twin bed. But other than that there was no complaints. "

"Nice little apartment, the only thing that needs improvement on is that the house was not really clean. It seems they just clean the areas that were visible. In another note we had an issue where our dog messed up the blinds and the owner was very professional about the whoñe incident. "
