"Fabulous location. Close to some great bars and eateries. Place was clean and well stocked kitchen and bathroom. View was incredible from the apartment and the shared patio. We used the BBQ which was clean but needs some maintenance for good cooking. Photos made it look bigger than it is, especially with our two adult children it was pretty tight and only three stools for the table but sleeps four. Easy parking and good communication. Would definitely stay again if just for two of us."

"Pleasant location. Only a 10 minute walk to miles and of San Clemente beach. Coffee shop and small grocery are just around the corner.Listing is accurate and host communicates very well.We found the studio apartment to be tidy and the bed comfortable. There are residents with families living in the other units beside and above.This is a residential area across from a community park and near a school. Lots of family activity in the neighborhood. Area is very walkable."

"The place was clean and the owner always responded to any questions I had. The parking is in a very tight spot so don’t have any thing bigger than a car. And there’s no other parking around the place. "
