Beautiful 4 Bed Villa, close to the beach with private swimming pool & WiFi

This beautiful 4 bedroom villa is located on the east side of Lagos in the Albardeira area, with views of the countryside and out to sea.

Enjoy the villa´s views, private pool & south facing balconies and terraces plus the convenience of being just a 10 min walk from the beautiful Meia Praia beach.

The villa can accommodate 8 people in comfort ideal for 2 families with two bathrooms & free WiFi.

On entering the villa you will find the large open plan living-dining room which leads into the spacious modern kitchen and out onto the large balcony where you can enjoy relaxing or dining. The balcony is also equipped with a BBQ if you wish to spend a leisurely evening at the villa.
Downstairs there are 2 double bedrooms (1 with en-suite bathroom), a family bathroom room and 2 twin bedrooms.
The villa is equipped with stand alone fans.
Outside there is a lovely private swimming pool to enjoy, equipped with 8 sunbeds to soak up the sun.
The pool measures 7m x 4m and has a depth of 3.5ft at the shallow end and 6ft at the deep end.
In the garage which can be accessed from inside the property you will also find a washing machine. Please note the villa is situated in a residential area and therefore there is a noise curfew of 11pm, we ask you to be considerate of your neighbours.
There is an access path to the side of the villa down to Meia Praia beach this will take approx 10 minute walk.
Less than 5 mins in the car will take you to the supermarket or Lagos Marina with its bars restaurants and boat trips.
This is however approx a 25 mins walk to the Marina/Supermarket. Lagos town is then a further 10 mins walk.
In addition the stunning Palmares golf club is just a 5 minute drive away if you fancy a round of golf by the ocean.

Un séjour au calme dans une maison très agreable

Maison très propre et très agréable à vivre. Pas de climatisation mais les ventilateurs font l’affaire même si des ventilateurs de plafond seraient vraiment un plus. Une communication très facile avec Julie et Jo. On a rencontré un souci d’eau chaude, en plein été ce n’est pas très gênant, et toute l’équipe a réagi très vite pour solutionner ce petit problème. La maison se trouve au bout de la rue dans un environnement très. Allé. Parfait.

Relaxing family break

A wonderful villa with everything we needed for a chilled family holiday before our children headed back to University. A great spot and very quiet with lovely views from the balcony and a reasonable walk into Lagos in the evenings for dinner - stop off at the Marina halfway for a cocktail! Lots of cabs and Ubers for the trip back. Although not heated the pool was plenty warm enough for a swim. Very happy to recommend

Place was fabulous , just as advertised . Great location (walk to town or beach), nice place to come home to nightly. We especially loved your outdoor living spaces & the pool. Clean, spacious, modern & comfortable; just like home!

Nice Villa!

We had a great time at the villa, especially the pool was nice for cooling and the pool tools gave us super entertainment. From mattress to swimming ring/ + noodle to swimming net, everything was there. The kitchen was excellently equipped and led directly to the spacious terrace on the 1st floor. The 4 bedrooms all have direct access to the pool area. The environment is quiet, the way to the beach short (about 10 minutes walk). We would book the accommodation again.

Great holiday villa

One the very best villa we have rented in Algarve over the post years. The calm and beautiful situation (near Meia Praia and the Palmares golf course) and the elevated terrace are real pluses. We tried to take care of the house as the house took care of us ! Excellent communication with Julie and Jo. Can’t wait to be back in Lagos.

Quiet and Spacious Villa perfect for our family holiday

The villa was spacious, clean with a nice pool (not heated but certainly not cold) and charcoal BBQ area. A perfect place to relax in a quiet area with a 10 min walk to the beach. Silva's a local friendly bar was 2 mins walk, and a host of supermarkets (pingo dolce, lidl, continetle, intermarche) were between 3 and 6 min drive in Lagos. You can walk to lagos along the beach walkway, circa 30 mins, or you can risk the narrow roads with no footpath in about 10 mins. There is gated Parking up the driveway which was a little tight and care is required when reversing out, but nothing to worry about. We had a lovely week, ate at the villa most nights, all utensils and crockery you could wish for. Dishwasher avaialble too. Lovely spot, would return. Host was friendly and comminucated during our stay and could not of been more accomodating. 10/10. Bonus TV had netflix too.

Anreise ohne Probleme. Das Objekt ist sauber und entspricht zu 100% der Beschreibung. Zimmer/Poolanlage und die Terrasse sind großräumig und sehr gut aufgeteilt. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Wir können das Objekt nur weiterempfehlen und würden auch wieder kommen. Vielen Dank

Great Villa

Villa was fantastic. Enjoyed the outside eating area at the large table with BBQ and also the lovely pool. Good location to walk to nearby beach which is a 10 minute walk but mainly got taxis into the town at night which was easy using UBER. Had a fantastic time and would recommend.

An immaculate property in a very good state of repair and exceptionally clean. The villa is one of a number very nice properties in this area and is very conveniently placed for both the beach and Lagos town. The agents representative on site was extremely helpful and helped us on a number of occasions.

Lovely villa in a good location for Lagos and the beach

The host provided excellent directions to this villa. It is in a quiet location but with easy access to the beach, Lagos marina and a supermarket. The villa facilities are great and the pool spotlessly clean. Our only gripe was that the boiler stopped working twice during our 4 night stay. This was rectified quickly by the property manager but it did mean we had to have cold showers! Overall we would thoroughly recommend this lovely villa. Thank you
