"Short stay but would go back, one of the nicest, cleanest and superb front desk staff of any hotels we’ve stayed at. Treated us very well, arrived 5 hours before check in, let us check our bags and had our room ready within the hour at no additional charge. Airport transfer was timely and convenient, lots of shops and dining options within walking distance. "
"I didn't realize how crowded this hotel would be but I can understand since it is right next to Disney. The elevators were always full! Sometimes we would have to wait for a second or third elevator. The breakfast and dinner social was okay. It was food with no flavor but also technically free. The room was great! The staff was great. Very accommodating and friendly! We had a balcony view that looked right over the lake to Disney Springs. The worst thing was how crowded the pool and elevators...

"The hotel is renovated, it was really great, pool was amazing, also has a basketball court. The only issue I had is no desks in the room, needed a working space and room was a little bare. Other than that, staff was friendly and we enjoyed our stay. We would stay again if I don’t have to work also from the hotel. "
