"Lived the hotel, private location, Yet close to restaurants. Very clean, spacious room, comfortable beds! Breakfast included, with a variety of foods to choose from."

"My room didn’t have any towels, and when I went to the front office, there was no one there for about 10 minutes. I had to wait, my towels were then given to me, but that was quite an inconvenience after a long day. Also, I questioned the cleanliness of my room because there was hair that wasn’t mine in quite a few places. "

"The beds were very comfortable, and the rooms spacious. However, there was no open breakfast, as advertised, just a grab and go bag with sugar laden snacks and a bottle of water. Good coffee was also available, but only during breakfast. The toilet was very low and difficult to rise and sit. There was evidence of some mold and rist around the trim in the bathroom and the tub was stained yellow. Not enough towels or toiletries for a double queen room. "Terrible smell of smoke in room. People right outside room talking until well after midnight. Bed needed to be remade - top sheet was on top of blanket (which had burn holes)."

"We could not get our heat to work and when I asked to check it. They wanted to come in when we were getting up to leave. We checked out that afternoon. Since it was after 11am I was charged for the 2nd night which I understand. Not sure I would stay there next time."

"The parking lot was mostly clean, the restaurant next door was shut down, and sort of looked permanent. Check-in was smooth and without any issues. I checked in somewhere around 11:30 on a Saturday night. They did have a ballroom full of people and there were two police officers or armed security guards for that. Not sure if it is common practice there. There is no elevator, as mentioned in some other reviews so definitely need to walk stairs. It appears that it used to be some sort of two...

"The place is dated but staff were very friendly. Carpet in room looked new and bed was comfortable and clean. Needs work in other areas. Couch and chair had stains and a smell, definitely needs to be replaced. They did indicate they are doing renovations so hopefully those things will get done. "
