"The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the soundproofing was terrible. You can hear almost everything from the neighbors above, below, and on both sides. On our first night, it sounded like the guests upstairs were having a DJ party until around 4:00 a.m., making it very difficult to sleep. "I liked the fact you have to have a key card first the elevator. The front desk was helpful. I didnt like that when we went to the pool the other guests were smoking pot. Our room was right next to the elevator and ice machine. Bed was uncomfortable."

"1) Desk staff, especially Vidal, were pleasant. 2) Nice hotel convenient to West Randolph entertainment district. 3) Skip the whole "Fulton Tap" concept - beer isn't that good and the self serve is a pain in the neck. I think I got 3 oz out of a pint because of all the foam. 4) Breakfast is good. 5) Sit out on the 5th floor patio - nice."

"Only quip was door wouldn’t unlock had to call for a code. Limited kitchen supplies so cooking was hard. Also area is pretty dangerous at night. Would not recommend to new travelers or people who don’t know the area"

"I enjoyed my stay here. Clean room, well maintained property and great location just 3 miles from Chicago. The best part was the friendly staff. The breakfast was a 4.5 out 5, just adequate foe the day's need, nothing super special. I would definitely return."

"Me and my girlfriend stayed here for two nights. Overall, I think that we enjoyed our stay, but there were a few things that peeved us. The biggest thing was that though hot water just wouldn’t turn off no matter what we tried. The water was scolding hot so we were unable to use the shower. Also, the customer service was a little poor with no one being on site. Help was hard to come by if they fix the water issue and maybe had a bit more responsiveness I would easily rate them four stars, but...
