"Concierge staff are excellent. They went above and beyond. Prime location. I like the gym room and the restaurant downstairs. Room is spacious and quiet. It lacks some basic supplies though like paper and pens, room service menu. Kettle and tooth paste were provided upon request. The only complaint is cleanliness in the bathroom. It's clean in general but I found some hair at the bathtub and shower area which should not happen. Overall, if I visit downtown Portland again, I'd like to stay at...

"room was nice enough. would like a shelf for shampoo/soap in the bathroom shower/tub. heat worked well. internet was very good. as i recall 70/55 download upload. the lobby isn't super impressive; i mean it is okay doesn't have a real nice aesthetic--it is just an okay look/too functional looking. the breakfast was quite decent."

"The property was very nice and quiet. I have no idea where the front desk guy was because he was never there when we came and went, you had to push a ringer for him. They put a $250 hold on your card and it takes over a week to get iy back."

"The room was clean and fresh. The desk staff were kind and helpful. They addressed my airport shuttle needs, notified me when the shuttle arived and sent me on my way with a kind word and smile. Breakfast was hot and tassted great. Breakfast also offered cold options too. A true treat was all the dogs tgat stayed there. I never hear one of them, but it calmed my missing heart for my pups at home."
