Bienvenido a Villa Barranca, es una villa de 10,000 pies cuadrados con una vista espectacular, área de cubierta de piscina enorme con piscina salada de 60 pies de largo y jacuzzi climatizado.

Villa Barranca está convenientemente ubicada en el centro de un vecindario residencial donde las exquisitas propiedades en el perímetro están rodeadas por el campo de golf Pete Dye "Links".

Villa Barranca se encuentra a 2 km de la playa de Minitas y de las tiendas y restaurantes del puerto deportivo.

Villa Barranca cuenta con un hermoso plan de piso abierto y está decorada profesionalmente con muchos muebles cómodos, pisos de mármol y caoba hondureños que forman el escenario del colorido arte dominicano, la imagen y los muebles del artista Jean Pierre Frey.

Villa Barranca tiene seis habitaciones con aire acondicionado, 8 camas (3 King + 3 Queen + 2 Fulls + 1 Sofa).

Dos de las habitaciones están en el anexo, separadas de la villa principal para mayor privacidad y cada habitación tiene una pantalla plana con televisión por cable e Internet de alta velocidad. Smart TV en la sala de TV con NETFLIX incluido. Las villas tienen siete baños, dos de los cuales tienen románticas duchas al aire libre para que puedas bañarte bajo las estrellas.

World class 5 STAR Experience

I honestly can't say enough over the top good things about the ENTIRE experience from start to finish. I reserved this villa for a dental/medical mission trip to the DR with my son, brother (MD), nephew, and 9 of my employees. Total of 13 people. From the get go the communication with the host Julio and his wife Criistina was excellent. Super responsive, kind, and helpful. The villa (we actually stayed at Los Limones 23) was extremely beautiful, spacious, comfortable and utterly luxurious. 7 bedrooms. So many beds so that no one had to really share beds. Bathrooms/showers in EVERY room. Pool and hot tub to die for. Amazing outdoor living space. Super comfortable beds and couches. The villa came with a staff of 4. Let me tell you, this team was the icing on the cake. Hard to imagine a better, lovelier, team. The head team member was Frank. He did ALL our shopping, coordinated all the meals, meal planning, etc. . Then there was Wanda the chef. She is a world class chef. EVERY single thing she prepared was Michelin restaurant quality. Unbelievably tasty. She even made some special desserts for us that were to die for. I have never tasted better food in my life. Then there was Kiara who helped in the kitchen and did the housekeeping and the laundry. Impeccable and lovely. Finally there was Edwin who served us at meal times. Excellent service. Always anticipating our needs. Honestly, they made us feel like royalty the level of service we got. The very best.

I been thinking for two days how to thank you and your wife. Im shaking just typing this. I can't put it into words. The experience that you gave me and my family this week was priceless. Your staff went above and beyond any expectations we had from the second we arrived. You and your staff helped me set up the best family trip and birthday surprise any one of us has ever been apart of. My father's birthday was perfect because of you. He said it was the best birthday of his life. He turned 70. I've never seen my Dad cry so much lol. You guys don't know what this week meant to everyone. You helped me get my family back together. Amazing home and staff

The house and staff were amazing! We had a group of 9 people aged 15-71, and everyone was pleased and comfortable. There was enough room to accommodate all of us. The house amenities were great. We loved the pool and jacuzzi. Frank, Wanda, and Andy were very attentive to our needs and made sure that they provided us with excellent service. We were caught off guard with the mandatory $25/per person/per day Casa de Campo fee that had to be paid when checking in. We weren’t going to be using the gym, tennis courts, etc., and thought that fee was optional, if we used those facilities. We also had intermittent WiFi interruptions and buffering, but it stormed off and on for a couple of days. Maybe adding a couple of WiFi extenders might help with the buffering. The house is about a 5 minute drive to the beach in a golf cart. The golf carts were useful in getting around the resort. It was easy to communicate with the owners. They answered all of our questions and made sure that we were taken care of upon our arrival at the airport and at departure from the house. I would definitely consider coming back.

This was definitely a relaxing and amazing vacation. The staff welcomed and treated us as family! The service and overall stay was 10 stars! The house was clean and comfortable. Perfect family getaway

My wife and I traveled to this property with our nieces, nephews and their spouses. We couldn't have picked a better place to stay. The pictures really don't do it justice. It was nicer and more magnificent than we anticipated. The owners, Julio and Christine, were great to work with and helped us set up transportation to and from the airport, check-in at the resort, etc. Enough can't be said about the staff. Frank, the butler, kept everything running smoothly. Andy, his assistant, was always around to help us with anything we needed, from afternoon cocktails, to rides to the golf courses. I highly recommend using their chef. Wanda's food was magnificent! Each meal was perfect. We can't wait until our next visit. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful villa; unhelpful hosts and unscrupulous staff

Villa Baranca is a beautiful villa and was a comfortable home for my family’s staff in Casa de Campo. Unfortunately, Julio and Cristina (the hosts of the villa) were nothing but rude, aggressive, and unaccommodating from the time I expressed interest in renting the villa, through our stay, and even following our departure. When you spend many thousands of dollars to rent a villa, it’s reasonable to expect respectful and considerate communication and consideration. What we received was the opposite. From the very first inquiry message, Julio was condescending, unhelpful and curt. Upon arrival to Casa de Campo my family was held at the entrance gates for more than an hour as the gate attendants tried to figure out our passports and accommodation information, even though we provided Julio and Cristina with everything they had asked for (passports, names, etc.). When we contacted Cristina to assist, she was rude and unhelpful. Throughout the stay we had the house staff use our credit card to purchase food and beverages for in-villa dining. When we discovered that there was an errant, extra charge on the credit card, we flagged this issue with Julio and Cristina, and they dismissed it as if it was our fault. To be clear, an extra transaction was made by the head member of the villa’s staff, using our credit card - the issue is blatantly simple and obvious: fraud at the hands of Villa Baranca staff, but again Julio and Cristina were condescending, aggressive, and unhelpful.

Where do I begin?!

I wanted to really give credit to the staff. Kiara, Frank, Leo and Elizabeth. They went above and beyond for my family and I. They are such amazing people. We go to Casa de Campo yearly and have never had service as exceptional as this. From the moment we arrived with a welcome juice to the moment we left the service was out of this world. The food was out of this world. Every single dish breakfast, lunch and dinner was delicious. The food at the villa is better then any restaurant inside of Casa de Campo. The staff is beyond thoughtful. They knew every single one of our favorite drinks, favorite meals. We celebrated two birthdays my mothers and grandfathers and they both confirmed they had never had a birthday like that before. The staff helped make their birthdays that much more special. The cleanliness was 10/10 for being spotless. The staff makes it seem seamless. When you step out of your room for 5 mins your entire room is re made. I have never in any country or any where felt as if the staff were so thoughtful and so wonderful. Outside of them being staff they are amazing people, so kind, so thoughtful. We felt like they were apart of our family and hated saying goodbye. I can go on and on about how amazing of an experience we had. We look forward to the day we can go back and enjoy all over again in this beautiful home with such a great group of people that assist you with the villa throughout your stay.

Great House and Staff

Overall, we were very pleased with the property. From the manager, to the chef, to the maids and the butler, everyone was very responsive and attentive. The chef prepared excellent meals and laundry was done daily by the maid. Would definitely recommend Julio's property.

A spacious and welcoming home

We had the most restful and fun experience at this Villa. We came down with another family, 10 people in total and there was ample space for everyone. We loved the delicious meals at the huge outdoor round table created by the chef, and being so well taken care of by the support staff makes for a real holiday for parents;)). We loved that the tennis facility was a 3 min golf cart away, and the beach club under 10 min. We would absolutely recommend to our friends and family.

Amazing stay!!!

It was such an amazing trip!!! The house is so beautiful, just as the images show. Super clean! We swear the staff were ninjas, they were always cleaning, while we had breakfast they cleaned our rooms and rest of the house without us even noticing! And again in the afternoon. The staff and Frank were truly AMAZING! Definitely spoiled us and exceeded our expectations. Frank was always so helpful and courteous! The cooking from Doña Ilda was fantastic! She even made us Habichuelas con Dulce and flan for Easter week, so delicious!! Everything from breakfasts to dinner was amazing. Truly lovely staff. Let’s not forget that our towels were replaced daily and laundry was done and folded daily! For 14 people! I would definitely come back and recommend to everybody I know. Everything was truly amazing. We will miss Frank and the rest of the staff!

Paradise is Very Nice

From the moment I booked and spoke to the host to the when we checked out and said our farewells to the staff at departure- the experience was 5 stars. The villa is exceedingly more stunning than the photos convey. The feeling of pure bliss and peace fills every space as the open doors allow a tranquil breeze to flow throughout. The balcony on the second floor was one of my favorite spots, what an incredible view- I could've stayed there the whole time. The staff welcomed us with big smiles, cold drinks and never left us wanting for anything. The moment a drink was empty, the next one was placed in front of you. The laundry baskets were washed daily and all our clothes was ironed and hung for us. The rooms were made up in an instant as if housekeeping ninjas were sneaking in while we were having breakfast. We were fed and doated on the entire time which was easy to get used to. Kudos on a beautiful home, wonderful team and excellence overall experience. We hope to return and do it again very soon!

Best Vacation ever!

Everything was so great that I just can't say enough! Frank our butler was so nice and accomodating and made sure we had whatever we needed. He made the experience well worth it! Our chef Joy made the best food and deserts. Very tasty and creative. The house keepers maintained the rooms and the house emmaculately and the best part, they did the laundry daily. Brought home a suitcase of clean clothes and that never happens on vacation. The gardner was also nice enough to get us cocunuts every day we wanted them. The property manager Martika was awesome from beginning to end. She made sure we knew what to expect and setup us up to have the best week. All in all it was sooo great and I would recommend it to anyone seeking a relaxing and fun vacation in a full service beautiful home.

Best Staff We Have Ever Had!!

5 Stars for the week we spent at Barranca Oeste #6! We have been coming to Casa de Campo for 18+ years and have stayed at a few different houses... all very beautiful. And this one was no different. Very clean, short golf cart ride to the beach, plenty of bedroom space for the 5 of us, and beautiful outdoor area on the golf course. But the biggest difference for us was without a doubt the staff. Marta was amazing to communicate with before and during our stay. And Eddie, Chiara, and Gloria stole our hearts. We cried when we had to leave them!! The most attentive, caring, and lovely staff we have ever had. We could not have them our week at BO #6 any more!!!

This property is beautiful but what makes it feel like home is the caring attention of Maria, Susan and Jonathan. They catered to all our needs and wishes in a wonderful way. They were excellent. Communication with property manager was only by writing which made us a bit anxious as we like to be able to call and talk to clarify or confirm anything prior to arrival. Overall a great place to stay.
