Large great room faces the pool and has a sit down bar, island with 4 stools, fully equipped gourmet kitchen, and sitting area with cable TV, and WiFi with 100mbs speed.

Master bedroom has King bed, cable TV, separate thermostat, sliding door to back yard, double sinks, double shower, separate tub, walk-in closet, and toilet room with bidet.

Second bedroom has a King bed, TV, separate thermostat, attached bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet room.

Third bedroom has Queen bed, TV, separate thermostat, Desk and Chair, sliding door opening to courtyard, and attached bathroom with sink and tub/shower combo.

Fourth bedroom has King bed, new full bath off hallway, TV, closet, and opens to courtyard.

4 twin size roll-away beds with high-quality mattresses, sheets, and comforters can be placed where you want.

Two Pack ‘n Play cribs, high chair, iron and board.

Spa Heat is included in the flat charge added to the reservation
Pool is heated to a certain temperature at no charge. Table below shows cost to buy premium heat. Realize the pool reaches its peak temperature by mid-day and cools down at night.

Great house!

We were very impressed by this house. It was in a gated, quiet neighborhood. The house was fully stocked! Everything was very clean and the pool was great! The views of the mountains were amazing!

Great Place on the Course

Stayed here with a group playing soccer at the Empire Polo Grounds only 3 mi away. Place is beautiful, extremely clean, well maintained and stocked, gorgeous views and great outdoor area. Good communication from the owners. We had a great time

Family Getaway

House was just as described and the owners were very attentive and quick at responding with any questions we had. It was such a bonus to have those extra beds there which are a great size as my kids prefer not to sleep in the same bed together. It was great! :)

Oasis in the Desert!

I can't say enough about how nice this property is. The owners were extremely accommodating and thought of every little thing to make our stay more enjoyable. I had a hard time saying goodbye to this wonderful place. My daughters thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the house kept us cool and comfortable even in triple-digit weather. Exceptional home in a beautiful neighborhood!

We stayed in this beautiful home with three couples and all of our young kids and it has easily become our favorite vacation rental home we have stayed at! We come to La Quinta once or twice a year to enjoy some quality time together. This place exceeded our expectations! The gated community on the golf course was beautiful, the house was well maintained and fully stocked with everything you might need, and the hosts were very communicative and accommodating. We already look forward to our next stay!

A relaxing getaway

This is our second time visiting Lisa and Eric’s home and we can’t say enough about it. They have always been so responsive and attentive and the home has everything you could possibly want in a vacation rental. The location on the golf course is absolutely beautiful and the home affords everybody their own space and is extremely comfortable and well appointed. No need to look any further for a vacation rental, as his home has everything you could possibly want. We so look forward to returning for a vacation in the sun!

Beautiful La Quinta

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! The backyard was amazing! The views were spectacular in both AM and PM. Enjoyed taking a walk in the community which was quiet and serene. Both this home and those around are so well manicured which included beautiful seasonal flowers everywhere! Would highly recommend this home as it's well equipped and perfectly located! The pics of this home are exactly what you can expect!

What a wonderful home! We enjoyed every minute of our stay at this lovely property. We went to the desert for a family event and were thrilled to find a house that accommodated our family perfectly.
