Relax with the whole family at this peaceful getaway, conveniently located just a short walk from Norris lake! Less than a mile from the new and improved Powell Valley Marina. Spacious house freshly remodeled and ready to be your vacation destination. Enjoy your days on the water & evenings on the back covered patio! Two bdrms and finished lower level with 2 bunk beds and pull out sofa. Fully equipped kitchen, large living room with adjacent sun room. Large back yard with patio & gas grill. Note: Ring camera/doorbell video & audio on the front outside door as well as the back yard.

Grocery delivery available for extra cost! Golf cart rental available through Norris Lake Golf Cart Rentals. Ask for details.

Spacious, clean and easy

We really enjoyed our stay. The a/c is cold, plenty of parking, space to spread out, easy walk to the docks, and the bunk room in the basement is perfect for teen boys! It’s also clean with a well stocked kitchen. I love that we could just show up with clothing, food and beach towels. The host is also very communicative.

Tremendous Norris rental value

The place was perfectly set up with a big living room and nice outdoor covered patio with hanging lights. It had a very welcoming feel to it. The owner was exceptional with communication and ensured we had everything we needed for a great weekend at the lake!

Perfect house!

We loved staying at Grahams getaway! It’s the perfect lake house! Large kitchen, plenty of beds, washer & dryer, games and much more. Lots of room to enjoy being together with family & friends. Close enough to Powell Valley whether you want to walk to the marina, drive or ride your bike. Our kids loved going back & forth from the campgrounds to the house and we felt safe letting them do that. We will for sure be booking it again! Thanks again for Everything!

Beautiful and clean vacation home

We had a wonderful time on our short trip to Norris. This house was perfect for our family and friends. Clean, spacious, and great access to the ramp, slips, and restaurant at Powell Valley Resort.

The cleanliness was mediocre at best there was stuff all over the floor including a little bit of trash. I'm not sure who's cleaning the place but there's no way the carpets were vacuumed and the floors were swept. When we pulled the covers back to go to bed in the back room by the kitchen there was stuff all over the sheets not quite sure what it was there was some kind of residue sticky stuff all over the counters we had to wipe them down before we could put anything on them.I'm pretty sure it was cleaner when we left than what it was when we got there but yet we got charged a cleaning fee. If the place was cleaned it would have been a very nice place to stay no one should have to pay for a cleaning fee and then have to clean.

Great location

Great location within walking distance to Powell Valley Marina (we did drive though). We had 2 adults and 6 teens and there was planet of room for everyone. Nice communication before and during stay.

Blessed time

The house was clean, well stocked, close to the lake and in a quiet sweet neighborhood. Our bed was comfy and the floor plan had plenty of room. We had a blessed time and love the area.
