"Habitaciones limpias"

"It is a great place near to marina and central plaza, for restaurants and walk to marina, studio equiped with enough things to make comfortable stay, bad thing it's next to construction so it's noisy and also behind some restaurant bar so music stay till 11-12pm aprox plus app on tv to watch movies it's really slow. Very good cleaning and spaces are large, good decoration and always people around in case you need something, have pleasent stay the only thing did not like that check in was till...

"The location is just one block from the marina entrance. Amenities were terrific. Description of the place is very accurate. The owner mentions the music next door and the construction on the other side. Even though the owner did mention the noise issue, I guess I was not expecting the music to be every day and as loud as it was. The construction was entertaining from the pool. Unfortunately, the concrete dust seriously impacted our stay. Place was cleaned once but we never connected about a...

"From the view to the amenities to the communication and personal touches so thoughtfully included by Mireya and Luke, this home will make your trip. Wake up to a view of the Bay, and enjoy a location close to the beach but away from Punta Mita town center so that you feel a bit less touristy and more relaxed. We LOVED the filtered water dispenser - it was incredible, stood out from all of the other places we stayed during our 2-month stay in Mexico, and made our stay so nice! Loved the...

"This listing is a scam. The host left an invalid phone number to get into the gate. The front gate agents wouldn’t let us in. We literally we stranded New Year’s Eve with 2 children "
