We enjoyed an excellent stay at The Deck Hotel in Nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the location was perfect for walking around and seeing the sights - very central and easy to get to from the airport by tram. The rooms were compact but very well appointed and we appreciated the modern bathroom with lovely shower as well as having a safe and small fridge in the room also. We would definitely recommend The Deck hotel!

After a very late check in and a problem with our room, the staff were amazing and had everything sorted in the morning. The reception staff and knowledgeable and friendly and you can have drinks there and sit on the balcony, overlooking the street. The location is perfect everything is very walkable. All on fairly flat ground. Restaurants are too numerous mention and we tried many, all very good. The old town is delightful and the daily market surrounded by cafes is a must. It becomes a flea/antique market on Mondays. The port is also worth visiting, again beautiful, clean and great restaurants. The local people are so friendly and helpful we will definitely return.
