Holiday Home in Kyrkesund

This beautiful villa is located in beautiful Kyrkesund on Tjörn near both Rönnäng and Skärhamn. You have the entire upper floor for yourself which is divided with the owner's home in the basement. The house has a lovely terrace with a cozy decorated glass veranda and a large nice lawn with both trees and shrubs. The house is nicely decorated in mixed modern and older style. In the entrance there is a spacious hall for jackets and shoes. Directly to the left you are met by a large and airy kitchen with bar counter and dining area with direct access to the large terrace. Large and spacious living room with sofa, armchairs, TV and a cozy wood burning stove. The house has two bedrooms where one bedroom has a double bed - 180cm and the other bedroom has 2 single beds - 120cm + 80cm, which are placed next to each other. Possibility to sleep more than two people is okay as it will be 200cm wide. There is another extra bed - 80cm, which can be placed in the living room. The house is suitable for 5 people and a baby in a travel cot. There is a spacious bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The house is located about 60 meters from the road that leads into the community in Kyrkesund Very close to the cottage is Pilane Sculpture Park where you can, among other things, see the beautiful face "Anna" which is a welcoming landmark and radiates kindness and humanity. New works of art are displayed here every summer and are a popular attraction. If you want to swim, Linneviken is just over a kilometer from the cottage where you can feel the sand between your toes, cool off and enjoy the warm rocks. Around Tjörn there are many different activities, hiking and biking trails and many nice places to visit. Welcome!
