    Apartment description - 2-bedroom 1-bathroom apartment. The bathroom has a bathtub. One bedroom with queen bed and one bedroom with 2 single beds. All rooms get plenty of light. There is air conditioning (wall unit) in living room. Bedrooms have ceiling fan. There is a balcony with two chairs.

    Description of location: The apartment is in a very central and upscale neighborhood. There are nice cafes and restaurants in the same building. There is a supermarket and the market across the street, and an underground shopping mall.
    The apartment is almost on Khreschatyk avenue, at walking distance to the Maidan (independence square).

    Transportation - Close to metro Teatral'na (line 1) and Palats Sportu (line 3). Taxi drivers know the street and will easily take you to the apartment from Borispyl airport for about 200 UAH

    Noise levels: The bedrooms are very quiet because they face the back of the building, but they still get plenty of light. The living room, which faces a street with a lot of traffic, is quiet as long as you keep the window and balcony door closed, as they have triple glazing.

Beautiful, super clean apartment, city centre location

We spent 8 nights in this apartment in late September/early October 2013. When we arrived, our contact Amet was there waiting for us and showed us around, He spoke perfect English and was very helpful. The apartment is located directly in the city centre so no car is necessary to get around. It is on the 7th floor with cool views. It is a small block of apartments with very quiet, polite tenants. So close to all amenities - there is a 24hr shop directly across the street. There is a local Italian restaurant just outside the apartment block. The metro is just down the street. The apartment is beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. We've never felt so comfortable in rented accommodation before!! The terrace looks out onto Shevchenko Boulevard and the view is pretty cool.. The apartment is quiet as there is triple glazing in the street part and the bedrooms are so quiet for a city centre apartment. All mod cons including large HD tv in the sitting room. Very well stocked kitchen. The service from the owners is incredible and second to none - we had a problem with the hot water one of the evenings and I emailed the owner. Within five minutes, Amet was on the phone talking my husband through the boiler setting. A small problem quickly and easily solved. We would have no problem recommending the apartment to anyone thinking of staying in Kiev. We felt so at home here.
