"Was there for 3 days and 2 nights room was not cleaned or made once, notified staff no action was taken poor service especially staying in the hotel."

We were celebrating my husband's 60th Birthday and had booked a beautiful Stellar Suite for 2 nights. "Great location. Short walking distance to restaurants, shopping centres and beach. Hotel Pool was the highlight. Can get busy when events are on in town. Rooms are on the smaller side however comfortable enough if you're intentions are to explore Broadbeach and surrounding areas. "

"The room was great, overlooking the pool, and very sunny. The deck was very large. The room itself did show signs of wear and tear though. The hot water tap was broken and it took about 4 days to get a plumber in to fix it. Otherwise very happy with the place"
