"The staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel is very dated and can use remodeling. We were disappointed that the main attraction we came to see (Godzilla display) was closed. The laundry machines were not well kept and didn’t really dry our clothes even after drying it again. Overall, it was ok nothing special."

"We had a nice stay at Tokyu Stay Nishi Shinjuku Tokyo last month. The hotel is very clean and offered nice amenities such as in room washer/dryer and free beverages. The only downside was room was very small so it made it hard to manage larger luggage as well as getting in and out of bed. The hotel was also about a 10 minute walk from most transportation as well as the main sections of Shinjuku so it was a bit of trek everytime we wanted to go anywhere. I would suggest this option for...

"Our eight night stay was great! The room was clean and very accommodating. The two double beds provided plenty of room for two and were comfortable! Lots of windows with great views. Really important- the HVAC kept the room nice and cool during a balmy week in July! The staff was amazing! The hotel is centrally located with anything you’d need within a 2 minutes walk; Tully’s, Lawson, 7/11, Grocer, McD’s, and great food of all tastes with dine in and takeaway choices, shopping, and Nightlife...

"If you planning to do laundry while you stay, do not choose this hotel! they only have three machines and it’s impossible to get to them. breakfast is OK. Rooms are super small. Stuff is very helpful. They go out of their way to help you with direction or anything you need."

"Perfect location for a good value stay in Tokyo. Absolutely everything within walking distance. However I was extremely disappointed that I was only notified on the day of my arrival that there was construction going on and that the breakfast service was not available. "The hotel has shuttle bus service to west Shinjuku, which is good as you can save the 13 minutes walk. There are plenty of restaurants around. If you are tired of the Japanese food, you can try the Sizzler, or Denny's with a bit of Japanese flavor with in 5 minutes walk. As for the hotel service, it doesn't have the courtesy of a Japanese hotel to welcome you upon check in. It is cold if not blunt to me. Otherwise, house keeping is great."
