"Great location for subway, JR, & Shinjuku. Spacious rooms for Tokyo standard, quite clean & good condition, loved the balcony! Had a comfortable stay but front desk was disorganised on the morning we wanted to check out & queue was disorderly. Apart from this our stay was great. One staff member helpfully arranged our suitcases to be shipped to our next hotel which was very easy & convenient. Would recommend."

"This hotel was in a perfect location with things to do, metro stations and lots of restaurants close by. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of choices. The rooms were small but clean and comfortable with a fantastic shower. "
