"This property was in the great location for walking to restaurants, museums, and shopping. Very friendly and very helpful staff made our three days most enjoyable. The room was spacious with the bed very comfortable and the bathroom well-appointed. Breakfast had a large selection of foods and beverage choices for us. We will most definitely will return. "Whatever I say about this property wouldn't suffice. I looked hard for a negative and couldn't find one thing lacking. We were left comparing this property to a 5 star property in Paris, and this property was much beyond even that! Comfortable, convenient, fantastic staff, drop dead gorgeous property, excellent amenities. Yes, it's heavy on the tab, but you feel like it worth every $ you spend. We stayed here at the end of our trip and it was a nice way to treat ourselves before the long...

"The location of the hotel was excellent for our travels to Amsterdam. Easy access to the tram which we used to navigate the city. We had a minor issue with the hot water and when we brought it to the staffs attention they remedied the issue. No fuss. The rooms are old-style European but spacious and comfortable. As well, the rooms are priced well. Highly recommend."

"There were many instances where they fell short, especially with front desk and housekeeping. However, the final straw was when housekeeping took a used bath towel from the bathroom floor, folded it up and put it back on the towel rack! I will avoid this hotel and every other one managed by this group."

"The room was spacious, clean and just all around perfect! We had the most amazing time, the shower was huge, as was the bed. The amenities was fantastic! Robes, slippers, speaker mini bar the whole 9 yards! Would absolutely recommend for couples and without a shadow of a doubt be back!! 11 out of 10!!!"
