"The staff is always helpful and kind— Nadine, Andreas, Roan, stefan, and the italian lady at breakfast. Very clean facility and the pool and sauna is very relaxing to a tired day.The garden is nice when there are no smokers, and it’s a quiet area. A few improvements can be made: -the mattress is too firm - the floors need soundproofing, i can hear footsteps all the time above me. -the wifi is not strong. Video calls are difficult. "
