They rely on a trust relationship with the clients towards getting anything they might need from the fridges at any time of the day and then reporting the usage of it by the end of the stay. "The location was terrific, right in the heart of Argostoli. We could walk everywhere. The rooftop terrace bar had great views. The room was quiet and comfortable. The shower stall is very small, but that's not unusual in European hotels. Check in was less than 2 minutes. Breakfast was delicious and there were many options available."

"I had a one night stay in Argostoli as part of a longer trip. The Alley Hotel was absolutely adorable. The staff was friendly and patient. The rooms are so unique and I enjoyed the atmosphere. "We absolutely loved our stay. The brothers who run it are so helpful and friendly, the apartments are perfect.
