"Only pro is the location. Hotel is old and dated, rooms are very simple. AC doesn’t cool down enough. Beds are extremely uncomfortable, to the point you can feel the springs. Would not come back"

"I loved staying at the ART Hotel and I will definitely choose to stay here again when I return to Osaka. The hotel is conveniently located next to Bentencho Station and you can access Family Mart, Burger King, Vie de France bakery, Daiso, many other restaurants, and a grocery store on the lower levels of the tower. Highly recommended."

"There is absolutely no way on earth that this is a five star hotel and it shouldn’t be marketed as one. It’s very well located with great views from the lounge, clean and with helpful staff. But the furniture is not only badly dated, it’s cheap with the bathroom like something from a roadside motel. See photo. This room was a real letdown after the Hotel Royal Classic over the road. Great breakfast selection and being right on top of Namba station was a big plus."

"The staff were friendly and very helpful. The location required taking Uber or trains to get out to most restaurants and shops. They advertise pools but not only are they not included with your room you have to pay and also choose a specified amount amount of time to use it."

"This hotel was a calm retreat for some tired travellers. It was very clean, the staff were kind and the room was well proportioned. There were two of us travelling and wanted different sites and with two metro lines a 5 minute walk we got to everything quickly! And we could bus quickly to Osaka castle and walked back! Loved it."
