"Very nice property, people are amazing except the people who service the rooms. When we arrived we received keys that didn’t work so we asked 2 different people who were cleaning rooms and they both ignored me when I ask them a question about the keys. Other than that the check in person was so nice and efficient and the restaurant personnel go above and beyond to make your stay amazing "

"This property exceeded our expectations. Although it is far from the city proper, this added a plus point in the score given. "We stayed in a 1 bedroom canal view space. Very comfortable and good space to spread out after a long day of exploring the city. There's no a/c, which we knew prior to our stay. Thankfully there was a fan provided which made a world of difference in the comfort level. Be sure to use it in the summer!
