'Tri Zala Bay' is situated 4 km from the City of Korcula. Nature harmony and tranquility are ideal getaway from everyday stress and rush. Near the destination there are three round rock beaches, by which the place got its name. Korcula offers almost everything for everyone, but August and October are reserved for surfers (Peljeski canal is on of the most famous canal for surfing in the world). Our offer is based on vacation house and two suites with a seaview, equipped with and outside bathroom and shower, located just near the sea.

Nettes Haus direkt am Meer mit privatem Meerzugang und Außendusche. Sehr nette Vermieter, waren bereits das zweite Mal in dieser Unterkunft. Kommen gerne wieder.

Wonderful place to stay for a family holiday

The house was very private which we very much enjoyed. The location right on the sea was a wonderful place for swimming and enjoying beautiful sunsets.

Wir verbrachten eine ruhige Juliwoche in der Unterkunft Kastelan in der Nähe von Žrnovo. Ruhige Umgebung, sauberes, aber unruhiges Wasser – eher für Surfer geeignet. Während unseres Aufenthalts hatten wir viele Mücken.Die Unterkunft ist standardmäßig, aber nur ein Zimmer hatte eine Klimaanlage. Der Fernseher bietet die grundlegenden heimischen Programme. Es gibt zwei Terrassen:– Eine große Sonnenterrasse mit schönem Meerblick, der noch schöner wäre, wenn der Garten gepflegt wäre. Hier gibt es zwei bequeme Liegestühle und einen Tisch mit Stühlen.– Die zweite Terrasse befindet sich am Eingang der Unterkunft, mit Blick auf den Garten und angenehmem Schatten.Der Zugang zum Wasser direkt bei der Unterkunft ist nicht so leicht, wie es auf den Fotos erscheinen mag. Eine Leiter wäre wünschenswert. Sonnenschirme und Liegestühle am Wasser standen während unseres Aufenthalts zur Verfügung.Es gibt keine Restaurants oder Imbissstände in Laufnähe. Grundnahrungsmittel können in einem kleinen Laden gekauft werden, der etwa 25 Minuten zu Fuß (besser mit dem Auto) von der Unterkunft entfernt ist.Die Gastgeberin war nett und gastfreundlich, schade nur, dass sie ausschließlich Kroatisch sprach. Der ideale Ort für Gäste, die Ruhe und Nähe zur Natur suchen und keine übertriebenen Ansprüche an Komfort haben.

Unfortunately, our experience with this property was very disappointing. After a long six-hour drive, we arrived to find the house in a condition that did not match the listing. There were visible cleanliness issues (including debris on the toilet and dust throughout), the shower was rusted and outdated, and a bedroom door couldn’t be closed—making it hard to sleep due to heat. We didn’t feel comfortable staying and had to leave the same evening, driving several more hours to find alternative accommodation.We communicated our concerns to the host right away. While she stated that issues could have been resolved if we had stayed, many of the problems (especially the condition of the facilities) were not quick fixes. We didn’t feel it was fair to be asked to wait around to have the basics corrected after arriving.The host eventually issued a partial refund, but it was less than 50% of what we paid. Vrbo reviewed the case and confirmed that we were eligible for a full refund based on the documentation provided. Unfortunately, the host declined to do so.I’m sharing this so future guests are aware. The photos of property are outdated so arrive with flexible expectations, especially regarding cleanliness and upkeep.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dem Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Wir haben das Haus aufgrund der Lage ausgesucht, da wir uns einen direkten Zugang zum Wasser gewünscht haben. Dieser Zugang war über eine private Treppe runter zum Strand (Steine und Stege) problemlos möglich. Bei schönem Wetter konnten wir an jedem Tag schwimmen und auch schnorcheln. Die Distanz bis zur vorgelagerten kleinen Insel ist gut zu bewältigen.Auch im Hinblick auf vorangegangene schlechte Bewertungen bezüglich des Ferienhauses ist zu sagen, dass es nicht die Luxus Unterkunft auf dem letzten Stand der modernen Technik ist. Da dies auch nicht unsere Erwartungen waren, haben wir uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir wurden von Maria empfangen, die uns trotz Sprachbarriere in alles eingewiesen hat, so dass keine Fragen offen blieben. Die Kommunikation mit Ana war in Englisch jederzeit komplikationslos möglich.Vielen Dank noch mal an Maria für die frischen Lebensmittel aus ihrem Garten, mit denen sie uns gelegentlich überrascht hat.

Ein idealer Ort um die Zeit für dich und der ganzen Familie zu genießen.

Die Miete für diesen Objekt ist total gerecht. Man hat nicht nur ein Haus für sich, sondern ein eigenes Stück Meer und das ist unbezahlbar.

Perfekte Urlaubsunterkunft in sehr ruhiger Umgebung in der Nähe von Korcula-Stadt

Sehr gepflegtes Objekt mit ausgezeichneter Ausstattung. Sehr zuvorkommende, gastfreundliche Vermieter. Sehr ruhiger, sauberer Strand. Für Familien sehr zu empfehlen. Auto für Einkauf und Restauantbesuch erforderlich (1,5 km Entfernung). Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub!!!

Very quiet and relaxing holiday

Friendly owners, well equipped house, see view from the balcony. Few steps down if you want to swim. Very quiet place but still close enough to Korcula town. We had a very relaxing week, exactly what we were looking for. We hope to return to the same place in future.

Nice house, environment and owners

We spent 2 weeks in this house and it was great and relaxing familly time, thanks to the house for its quiet environment. Direct access to the sea (15m) is just magic. Warm welcome from owners Maria and Petar also contributes to the well being. for the rest it is exactly as on the pictures. Definitly recommanded

"we have just returned from this beautiful island were we had the best vacation. the villa from Tri Zala Bay with its spectacular window view was the most wellcoming home and the owners made it even better. therefore i recomend with all my heart this place for an amazing vacation on the dalmatian coast."

"Merveilleux endroit, ave...

"Merveilleux endroit, avec accès direct et privatif à mer. La maison est neuve très bien agencée avec un superbe grand balcon qui donne sur la mer.... Les propriètaires sont adorables et aux petits soins. On s''est senti vraiment bien!! Vraiment précieux ! "
