Apartment located in a building without an elevator on Źródlana street, in an open estate, in the seaside town of Kolobrzeg. A great advantage is the location of the object in the center, near the railway station, and close to the sea. Just 800 meters from the beautiful sandy beach and just over 1 kilometer from the Kolobrzeg Lighthouse. The property offers privacy and walks in nearby parks (Theater Park, 18 Marca Square). Great location in the spa part of Kolobrzeg with treatment facilities - a few minutes walk to the Salt Island. Popular attractions to visit while in Kolobrzeg are the Oceanarium (250 m), the Museum of Wax Figures (850 m), or the pier (1.1 km). Lovers of Baltic history will also find many places of interest in the area, within a dozen minutes' drive: Solna Marina - a sailing marina, Kolobrzeg's Maritime Heritage Park (a Cold War-era patrol submarine with an exhibition in the engine room and an opportunity to tour the deck) or the Piracy Museum.
