Holiday home, private sauna, close to the beach

The resort offers modern holiday homes with a private sauna in an excellent location (close to the beach, quiet area). Each house has a terrace and a private garden. Children can have fun in a small playground. Comfortable, two-story houses with air conditioning (with cooling and heating functions). They provide comfortable rest for 8 people. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room combined with a well-equipped kitchen, as well as a double bedroom, a bathroom with a shower (there is a washing machine) and a private sauna. On the first floor there is a second bedroom. The terrace is equipped with a grill, garden furniture, a screen and deckchairs. Wireless Internet is available. Towels on request (for an additional fee). On the fenced property there is a playground for children (sandbox, swing, slide). One parking space for each house. The price of the stay includes: bed linen, private sauna, water consumption, internet, 1 parking space. The excellent location allows direct and quick access to the wonderful and wide beach. There is also the longest bike path in Poland (R-10) just 100 meters from the resort. The neighboring city of Kołobrzeg is also a great place to take advantage of many attractions, which can be reached by bike path, public transport or by car. Grzybowo is a seaside town often chosen by tourists due to its wonderful character and location between Kołobrzeg and Dźwirzyno. Both towns offer many attractions. During your stay at our resort, you can go to a beautiful sandy beach and additionally enjoy the wonderful Baltic Sea rich in iodine and clean air. For active people, there is a seaside bike path along the seaside strip, the only such attraction in Poland. There are also food and entertainment points and shops.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house (Youth) groups not allowed. Non smoking accommodation. not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
