Nestled among a championship golf course, Pili Mai is set in an ideal location on the island of Kauai’s south shore in Poipu Beach. This is Kauai's newest resort development and has a choice of two, three, and four bedroom luxury condominiums.

This central Poipu location offers ocean, golf course, and mountain views and is within walking distance to additional dining, shopping, and entertainment at Poipu Shopping Village and a short distance to world famous Poipu Beach.

PARRISH PROFESSIONAL CLEAN – Built Upon the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA) “Safe Home” cleaning program, we further expanded our existing high standard of housekeeping at our properties where hospital-grade cleaning products and protocols were already in use. Our goal by layering on the recommended new steps is to provide our guests assurance and peace of mind that when they stay at any Parrish Kauai property that every effort was made to ensure a high level of cleanliness, sanitation and disinfection.

Condo was clean and comfortable, well stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook a meal. Check in and out super easy, host stayed in contact whole trip making sure everything went smooth. Condo was not as close to the beach as we thought, about a 20 minute walk with a large street to cross. Pool and hot tub were nice.

The rental looked nice on the listing but we were shocked on how amazing it truly was. Exceeded all of our expectations. AC worked perfectly. Mattresses super comfortable. Plenty of beach gear, including multiple boogie boards and snorkel sets. Everything clean and modern.

Awesome place!

The unit was very clean, kitchen well appointed (even a ninja blender), beds comfortable, and plenty of space. The garage had beach (chairs, boogie boards, frisbee) and snorkeling gear. Poipu beach is only a 10-15 minute walk and there is a little shopping plaza even closer. Other dining and shops a 4 minute drive. The pool and hot tub on site were well maintained and the gym is open at 6 am although very limited equipment. Patios are very private aside from the many chickens roaming around. :) We would highly recommend this place to other families!

Excellent!

This rental was everything and more! It was perfectly comfortable for 7 adults, and came so well-equipped. The kitchen was perfect to cook meals in, baths and bedrooms were very comfortable and well-appointed. We made use of the beach towels, chairs, snorkel equipment, etc.! We were there for the marathon, and it was a perfect location and so close to the start and finish line. Thank you for a fantastic stay.

Enjoyed our 14 day stay! Condo was roomy, conveniently located to stores, beaches, activities. Beach equipment available was a real plus and we used the umbrella, sand chairs, and wagon every time we went to the beach. Management was responsive to our needs and responded promptly each time. Appreciated the shopping bags left for our use too!

Beautiful condo

It's a beautiful condo and facility. Full of upgrades, our stay was very comfortable. We each had our own room and bathroom. It was wonderful to sit out on the lanai and watch the birds. The only downside for us was the distance to the beach.

Great Location ; new feel

Communication was timely from initial reservation through checkout. Facility is kept up and very close to Poipu beach. Not a big deal but some units require assigned spaces away from the unit. However each unit has a garage which you can use. Highly recommended and good value.

Beautiful Condo but cannot control the Air

Beautifully decorated and clean condo. Our complaint was that you have no control over the thermostat. Owner controls it so if you want it colder while you sleep or to get ready in bathroom, you cannot control it. We were so hot at night and while getting ready. Owner keeps it at 74 and will not go lower so if you are ok with 74, you’ll love the condo but it you want it lower, I’d recommend staying at a different condo.

Beautiful, clean, updated property and a great location!

This property was absolutely perfect for our family of 7(all adults). Plenty of space for every one and they had everything you could possibly need for kitchen, beach and comfort! It took just a few minutes to drive to the beach (and there are several in the area), the pool area was large and Resort like, we enjoyed soaking in the hot tub every night and it was never crowded. We loved enjoying our coffee out on the lanai and watching the roosters every morning and this unit felt very private and safe! We parked in the provided outdoor parking space but there is a convenient (deep) garage, It was just a tad difficult since we rented a large mini van to get it in and out but that’s okay because the parking spot is close. Really cool that they have grills through out the complex which we did use once! All in all, we would definitely stay here again when visiting the south side of the island! It was very close to shops, restaurants, several beaches, botanical gardens, and the grounds are kept in pristine condition! We don’t golf, however, if you do it looks like a beautiful course.

Roosters on the Lanai

This is a good location for South shore beaches. Conveniently located to Waimea Canyon. 1.5 hour drive to the Na Pali coast. Unit was nicely furnished and was clean. Spacious common area (kitchen/living room). Bedrooms were on the small side, but adequate, with a bathroom for each bedroom. Two en suite bathrooms. We appreciated the beach gear amenities although 1 of the 3 beach umbrellas was broken. The garage only accommodates a compact-sized vehicle so we had to park in the outside reserved spot for the condo. Good proximity to resorts and restaurants. Roosters visited us on the lanai and provided a morning alarm clock service. We would consider staying here again.

Beautiful condo 20 minutes walk from the ocean

This condo and the whole Pili Mai condominium community is picture perfect. If it were built along the ocean the rates would be untouchable. There is a nice footpath to the Poipu Shopping Center about 10 minutes walk and another 5-10 minutes walk will get you to the beach. The condo is spotless and the kitchen lacked nothing but the food. The 3-bedroom layout was perfect for sharing with our kids and our granddaughter. And the garage contained umbrellas, a cooler, sand chairs and snorkeling gear. The only reason I gave 4* for location was because it wasn't right on the water. However it has a lovely pool and gym in the complex. The property managers were wonderful as well.

We love Pili Mai!

Pili Mai was a perfect for our family of eight. We cooked meals, walked to restaurants and shops. Poipu beach was a 4min drive away. We swam in the pool everyday. The gym was adequate with an elliptical, bike and treadmill. The unit is modern and clean. The only issue we had was parking. The garage is so small and narrow, I didn’t risk parking in it with our rental minivan. The assigned spot for this unit is located outside of the drive way so just a short walk away. Can’t wait to be back to the south side of Kauai!

Gorgeous ! We rented 2.

We loved the units! We rented 2. The larger unit was not ready when we arrived due to late check out ahead of us. Not our fault nor did they accommodate or compensate. We had to call to communicate. We had 2 phone numbers and 2 units and too much confusion. Regardless, these units were fabulous! Still don’t understand why the 2 bedroom did not have a foldout sofa? The larger 3 bedroom did. Seems like a no brainer. That seemed deceptive and caused us discomfort. Someone had to sleep on the sofa which was not a bed. Overall, it was a really nice experience! We felt like it was an excellent value and we will definitely rent again here. It’s nice!!!
