A spacious open floor plan features a chef’s kitchen in the heart of the home with counter seating for six and a large living room just adjacent. The lanai features dining seating for eight, so there's plenty of room for everyone in your party. The high ceilings, ample windows and vibrant décor allow for maximum island vibes throughout the home. All three bedrooms connect to the main living space and have their own private en-suite bathrooms. The back lanai opens onto a comfortable seating arrangement.

The primary bedroom features a king bed, en-suite bathroom with deep soaking tub, indoor shower, lighted double vanity and a pass through to a private lava rock outdoor shower.
