"Great hotel outside of the main hotel areas in the Island. Feels very private and quiet. It is still a short walk on the beach away from the walking street and all the restaurants. Does have a small beach with access to the ocean. Great breakfast included. We stayed in a room with a hot tub on the terrace. Very private, no way for anyone to see into the terrace. "El hotel esta sobre la playa Sunrise. En temporada alta se llega a la isla por la playa Pattaya que esta del otro lado. Recomiendo avisar con tiempo al hotel para que los busquen, yo no recibi respuesta y tomamos un "taxi". Elegimos la cabaña que da frente al mar. Es simple, cama, aire y un deck con mesita (habia otras con hamaca pero nos dijeron que no era nuestra tarifa) El baño le falta luz. Porque de noche se complica ir al baño. Y deben asegurar mejor el calefon electrico porque el caño...

"Pat the manager and all of the staff were very helpful and friendly! Clean room. Did not realize that they provide mosquito control services in room daily if you only ask! Supplied us with extra supplies daily and doubled the toilet paper amount given to us daily after only 1 request! Perfect beautiful location right on the beach with food service until 5 pm and cocktail service from 1100 until….. Great experience and would come back again! "

"Nettes Häuschen fussläufig zum Strand, grundsätzlich relativ ruhig allerdings drängt Lärm abends bis spät nachts von den zwei Bars am Strand rüber, vor allem wenn man die vorderen Bungalows der Unterkunft bekommt. Dafür kann Sea Beach at Lipe nichts, möchte es nur erwähnen. Personal freundlich und zurückhaltend. Frühstück morgens etwas mager, könnte mehr angeboten werden, aber für die Basis reicht es."
