In the middle of downtown Koblenz, in the heart of Rhineland-Palatinate - our high-quality equipped holiday apartment is waiting for you. Whether for a city vacation in Koblenz, for short-term rentals or as a mechanic's apartment - in our Cozy Flat you can feel at home.

The apartment has a tastefully and generously designed living area, or a living-dining area, a kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom with hairdryer. In the living rooms you will find a flat screen TV. Self-caterers are happy about the fully equipped kitchenette. A very good double bed and a high-quality sofa bed offer the best comfort and good conditions for a restful sleep!

Excellent apartment at the edge of the old town.

This is a very nice and large apartment in a excellent location, right at the edge of the old town. Everything interesting in the old town is within an easy walking distance. The apartment is in an excellent shape and it looks almost brand new. The parking space in the basement as well as the washer and dryer were much appreciated. A large shopping centre, including a big grocery store is just across the street although everything was closed on Sunday. There are a lot of nice restaurants all around the old town. The only issue we had was communications with the owner, who did not respond to our messages. Finally we had to use VRBO help to track him down. After that the check-in process went very well with no further issue.

Der Aufenthalt war enttäuschend. - Wohnung schlecht ausgestattet; wenig Besteck, wenig Geschirr; - der Abfluss der Dusche funktionierte überhaupt nicht, dadurch wurde beim ersten Duschen eine Überschwemmung verursacht; das Aufwischen artete in richtiger Arbeit aus-das im Urlaub-; eine Reaktion des Vermieters in Richtung einer kl. Entschädigjung blieb aus! -sehr laute Umgebung, Lärm durch Anwohner bzw. Passanten durch die gesamten Nächte machten eine Nachtruhe nahezuu unmögllich.

Rhein in Flammen

The apartment is very luxurious and is located right in the center. Very cozy. There is a parking garage under the building (just reserve a spot in advance). We were received very kindly and the operation of all equipment was explained in detail. More than enough choice from all kinds of different restaurants (everything within walking distance). We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful apartment. Highly recommended.

The apartment was in tip top shape and very comfortable. We speak only English and park our car in the garage. We were yelled at because we were exiting out of the entrance. However adequate directions were not given as to where the exit for the garage was.
