"El servicio es extraordinario, una super experiencia en un Riokan tradicional. Los baños ya están muy anticuados, pero perfectamente limpios. Vale la pena el cuarto más caro por el acceso al baño (además de a las aguas termales). Muy recomendable!"

"Rokkosan Hotel is located high above the mountain and offers a beautiful view of Kobe. My wife and I used the free shuttle bus service from the airport. The historical property is a little dated, but that is on the other hand posesses old style charm that is pleasing. We enjoyed the professional service and particularly appreciated the kind sendoff by staff at departure. It is unfortunate that the hotel is scheduled to close at year end."

"We were told the rooms are all smoking room. The cigarette smell was strong in our room so that was something we don’t really appreciate. The onsen facility was ok. The best was the one shared with the hotel next door."

"あたり、はずれは有ると思うのですが、今回の利用は大当たりでした。 部屋に入るとローカが有り大きなバスルーム、洗面、トイレそれぞれ独立でリビングは大型テレビ、ソファー、冷蔵庫等ひと通りの物は揃っていました。 そして、階段！そうです！ここ部屋はメゾネットタイプで2階が寝室になっていて、クイーンサイズのベットと大型テレビ、テーブルソファーセットも有りました。ゴールデンウィーク中でモーニング付きで2人で12000円弱は大満足でした。"

"Two in-hotel hot tubs were small but clean. Rooms were also comfortable. Staff was helpful during check in but what struck me most was when we were leaving two employees came out and bowed to us. Really surprised me even after multiple trips to Japan. Would live again if I ever find myself in Arima Onsen again :)"
