"Hotel war für eine Woche gebucht, nach der ersten und schlaflosen Nacht habe ich die Flucht ergriffen. "I was in conversation yesterday when I arrived at the hotel and there was no recognition of my booking .The power was failing on the island so while I was chatting to the virtual assistant the conversation kept falling in and out then she was going to put me through to claim the money back but the conversation ended.I turned up and the hotel had no room for me it was totally full and the manager said he had no recognition of my booking and the hotel doesn’t deal with Vrbo.So it was getting late...
