Sunny loft in the heart of downtown Knoxville! When you stay here you are surrounded by some of Knoxville’s best eateries, shops, theaters, and college football…all within walking distance! Just a 2.5 minute walk to market square!

• 55-inch smart tv in the living room with YoutubeTv provided and the ability to stream from Netflix and other apps if you have accounts.
• Luxurious mattresses
• Ready to cook in kitchen with basic spices and olive oil, pots, and pans.
• Coffee pot with complimentary coffee/tea
• Gym on the basement floor

*1 bedroom (sleeps up to 6 people):
• Bedroom with a queen-size bed (Note: the bedroom is open to the rest of the condo in the typical `loft` style)
• 2 queen-sized memory foam floor mattresses
*1 full bathroom

Guests have access to the entire loft!

We like for guests to have their privacy, but we live just minutes away and are available to help with any needs or questions!

We absolutely love downtown Knoxville and are excited for you to experience it for the first time or help you enjoy it like you`ve never enjoyed it before! Our favorite restaurants in the city are located right outside our loft and can all be reached by crossing the street or taking a leisurely stroll. Knoxville`s charm is on every side of you stretching from the Old City to Market Square and beyond! You are also within walking distance to the University of Tennessee and big orange football. We have a listing of our favorite spots and things to do when you stay with us in case you need any recommendations.

• There will be a $50 charge if the keys are lost or taken.

• Due to the agreement with our cleaning service provider, we are not able to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. You may check-in as early as 4 pm and must check out by 10 am.

•For your convenience we supply you with a limited starter kit of toilet paper, soap, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwasher detergent. There are several shops you can visit nearby to purchase supplies for the duration of your stay.

There is parking located at 305 W Vine Ave. We recommend using Google Maps, which will take you right to it. If you are using the Apple Maps app, you will need to continue up Vine Ave. a little bit more. The parking lot is on the right-hand side, across from the back end of the Crowne Plaza and the big Catholic church.
- You may not book if you live locally without asking for permission and letting us know why you need a place in town.

- By booking with us you agree to download our app to gain access to the property.

- Note: there will be an additional $50 charge if you forget to leave the parking pass and/or keys when you checkout.

- Please respect those in the building who live on the floor. They are residents and not guests, so it`s very important that we respect their homes and be considerate of any loud music or noise. Thanks for serving those around you!

• Do NOT open or climb out the windows.

- Guests will be expected to clean up spills and messes that they make and throw all their trash in the trash can. Also, it will be the guest`s responsibility to do the dishes before they leave.

- To protect the host and guest, we must verify all guests ahead of the stay. Please be aware: As a part of the verification process, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our guest portal. The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.

- You understand that your check-in instructions will be sent after successfully completing the guest portal.

- THERE WILL BE A $500 CHARGE FOR SMOKING, PARTYING, OR BRINGING PETS INSIDE ANY OF OUR PROPERTIES!

- Please do not bring glitter, confetti, or anything like that to any of our properties.

- Please ensure that you review the cancellation policy as it pertains to any cancellation for any COVID-19 reason. We encourage guests to purchase travel insurance because we cannot operate outside of our cancellation policy for any reason.

- A temporary hold of $2 will be placed on your credit card as part of our verification process and will be released within 7 days.

Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) apply. Renter will receive and agrees to sign the Terms immediately after making a reservation, which will include, but not be limited to, the following:
- The “Minimum Age” to rent the Property is 25 years of age.
- By booking, you agree to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID directly to us. We will request this after your reservation has been made
- The Renter is solely responsible for Renter’s actions and the actions of all family members, guests, and invitees.
- Noise audible outside the Property is prohibited between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.
- Unless authorized by the Property Manager, the number of people present at the Property may not exceed the maximum occupancy indicated in the listing or the reservation for the Property.
- Check-in is from 4:00 PM until 12:00 AM and Check-out is before 10:00 AM.
- If you do not vacate by check-out time, you authorize us to charge a late departure fee of up to one night’s rental and we may remove all Occupants and their personal property from the Property.
- No smoking is permitted on the Property at any time.
- No animals or pets of any kind are permitted at the Property except (1) as specifically authorized in your reservation, or (2) bona fide service animals that we are required by law to allow.
- Renter authorizes us to bill the credit card on file for the full amount of the Rental Fee at the time of booking. Renter agrees not to make chargeback claims with its credit or debit card issuer.
- Events and commercial photography or filming are prohibited at the Property without our express written permission.
- Use of the Property for any criminal activity is prohibited.
- Neither the Property Manager nor the Owner will be liable for special, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind, including those arising from the use of any pool, hot tub, lake, or bunk bed on the property.
- Upon your arrival at the Property, you should inspect the rental unit to ensure the Property condition is to your satisfaction. If you find any conditions you need to report as unsatisfactory or damaged upon your arrival, you should report such conditions within two hours after the time you arrive at the Property. After the two-hour period expires, the Property is provided as is and we are not responsible for the inoperability or unavailability of any amenities.
- You further agree to give us a reasonable amount of time to respond to your report and to cooperate with our efforts to address the concern or provide a remedy.
- You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.

While the location was good, the overall experience was not great.The listing says it sleeps 6; however, 4 of those better be comfortable with sleeping on cushions, because there is only 1 bed and two foldable cushion beds (which is not what is suggested in the listing), which when laid out on the floor, would take most of the remaining area of the loft. Plus no door to the bedroom really makes the lack of privacy an issue.And speaking about lack of privacy, the bathroom door does not even close completely. There is a 4-inch gap that the sliding door does not cover. So be prepared.Overall a nice-ish place, but hard to recommend with the above issues, unless you are just a couple, and very comfortable with each other!

This location is so ideal and this was such a easy comfortable lift to stay in for everything we needed to do in Knoxville. The parking was convenient as well and so nice to have. We loved it and will stay again next time we come!

Football, Family, and Friends

The location was great for walking downtown and to the Old City. Place was quiet and very secure. If you can find a spot to park on the street in front of the building, do so. Otherwise, you have to park up the hill on W. Vine. Overall, we had a very nice stay and would book here again.

Needs more care

There were some cleaning issues-dirty tub, chips left on floor, dirty bath mat. Really good location, parking good, refrigerator good. But lack of care in design, upkeep, and cleanliness. 6 mattresses lined up in closet alcove left less space for storage. Old wire hangars. Bring your own sugar, although there is coffee there is little else unless another guest left something. Bed comfortable, chairs and couch good. Lighting in living room not conducive to reading anything on paper. I love lofts but maybe a coat of paint on the floor and ceiling instead of splatters and cleaner. Was troubling that the owner asked us to only post here if 5 stars.

Convenient location

This little loft is located in a quiet end-strip of S Gay Street. A couple restaurants and a great little tiki bar are right across the street. Around the corner are a few more great spots. Except for the usual city noise (sirens and such) it gets pretty quiet — although it was a non-home game weekend. You can hear the loft neighbors come and go easily but they were quiet later in the evening. Only complaint is the WiFi is awful.
