Full of comfort and charm in the heart of Knoxville`s Old City, this luxury flat offers plenty of space for family and friends, doorsteps to Knoxville’s best dining/entertainment. Loft is located in quant part of the historic old city with easy access to University of Tennessee, sporting events and activites. Loft is walking distance to Market Square and just steps away from unique pubs, restaurants, bars, and boutique shops that old city has to offer.
The space
Loft is updated and well-appointed with comfortable furniture and bedding. Second floor bedrooms provide privacy from main floor and updated bathroom has his and her sinks and multi-jet shower. Large windows provide excellent lighting and view of Old City’s historic buildings.

Important: PLEASE BE ADVISED
• There is a set of stairs similar to those found in a hotel to climb to the second floor where the listing entrance is. This staircase does not have railing and may not be suitable for the elderly.

• Given the lofts proximity to Knoxville’s social scene of Knoxville and railroad system, city noise should be expected during your stay. White noise sound machines are provided
Guest access
Guest will enjoy full access to all parts of the location including the bedrooms, the bathroom, the kitchen/kitchen supplies, the living room amenities and storage space.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Guests will be provided a link to our Guest Portal to complete within the first 48 hours after booking to verify booking details.

To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

Important note:

✧The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.

✧Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

✧You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.

✧You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.

✧You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.

✧You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.

Guests are responsible for any damages during their stay.
Before receiving check-in details, guests will choose one of two coverage options:
-A refundable damage deposit held on their credit card, released shortly after checkout if no damage is reported.
-A non-refundable damage waiver that covers minor accidental damages during the stay.

We are happy to host you for your stay with us! Please keep the following rules in mind during your stay:
1) Local guest reservation requests are subject to further review and questions. Please provide full name, # of guests, and reason for booking.
2) Reservations should include the correct number of guests staying. Please ask the host for permission to bring visitors over to the property.
3) Noise should be kept to a minimum after 10:00pm.
4) Please be courteous and respectful of the other neighboring residents and guests. Any behavior that results in a complaint by a neighbor, building resident, or HOA is considered violation of this rule.
5) If you have any issues during your stay, please notify us immediately. At check-out please leave the place as you found it upon your arrival. Any costs to repair or replace an item, fixture, or furnishing found damaged after your stay must be compensated by you. All damage and replacement costs include a labor charge.
6) PETS, SMOKING, VAPING, and PARTIES of any kind are strictly forbidden. In the presence of any evidence of these things, including odor, a $300 “Wear & Tear” fee will be applied in addition to any specific damage or cleaning that is required.
7) Before check-out, we ask guests to begin the dishwasher with used dishes (if applicable) and start the washing machine with used towels.
8) Please do not leave any doors propped open for any reason. All windows and doors should be closed and locked when not present at the property.
9) Guests agree to follow the cancellation policy at the time of booking, and agree to any cancellation fee that may apply in the event of a cancellation. Guests agree there are no exceptions to the policy including illness, travel restrictions due to weather, and reasons related to COVID-19.
10) Guests should inspect the property upon checking-in and notify Management of any issues, damage, missing amenities, or unsatisfactory conditions. Should there be an issue, guests will allow a reasonable amount of time during business hours for Management to address or provide a solution for any reported issues, or unsatisfactory conditions.
11) It is the responsibility of Guests to complete all check-out instructions for the property prior to 10:00am Checkout. This includes putting trash in the trash bin, washing any dishes that were used, and starting a load of any used towels in the washing machine.
12) Guest agrees that if they have not checked-out by the designated checkout time they authorize the Host to charge the guest for the Hourly Rental rate of $50/hour to the credit card on file.
13) Guests agree to these house rules by making a reservation.

*It is the guests responsibility to ensure they have all their belongings before checking out. If guests would like an item shipped to them, there is a minimum $50 shipping and handling fee which is collected prior to shipping. We will hold items for 1 week if guests would like to coordinate a pickup of an item.

** Mail delivery must be coordinated with our office prior to sending anything.

The flat was very clean and nicely decorated but the parking was a mess!!! I had asked before booking if there was parking for the unit and the reply was yes there is a paid parking lot on the left side of the building. Well you could only park there for six hours at a time then had to extend your time. So we were setting the alarm for 11pm, 5am just to add more time to the parking. We called the company of the parking lot and they said they could only do six hours ar a time. Ended up paying 85 in parking and was only there for 16 hours!!! When I contacted the host they sent more parking garages in the area but we didn’t want to go park a mile away in 25 degree weather so be prepared for a mess with parking. Also EXTREMELY loud all night long and no water pressure at all. They did provide ear plugs on the nightstands.

Perfect Old City Location

The Luxury Flat on Jackson in the Old City was a perfect location for our family during a recent gathering for a wedding. It’s perfect for walking to Market Square, UT, and all around Knoxville. The beds were comfortable & living area was spacious & modern. Thank you!

Rental was nice, clean and up to date. The supplies were stocked nicely. Only down side was noise outside (train, bar traffic at 2 am in parking lot). Overall, advertised accurately and responsive rental owners.

PERFECT Location

My friends and I were in town for a concert a few weeks ago- we couldn’t have asked for a better location to stay in! It was perfect for a girls weekend, lots of space and everyone got a bed. Couldn’t recommend this property more and hope to stay here again!

The parking cost was over $50 per day. Very nasty entrance. Loud all night. Train woke us up about 4am. I’m sorry but would not recommend to anyone.

Knoxville for Concert Weekend

The location is awesome. You can walk to food, shops, everything! Clean, and convenient. Beds were comfy. Perfect spot for a fun weekend in Knoxville. There is a train that comes through. But it's wasn't too disruptive. Apartment was surprisingly quiet really. A mile from the university, and around the corner from a late night pizza place if you need food at 1am. Great sushi place about a block away. Art galleries, coffee cafe, breakfast spots, we even walked a block and explored an opera festival. Fun town, great accommodations. Thanks for the stay! Excellent!

Comfortable and convenient

We stayed in Knoxville on our way to smoky mountains, this apartment was perfect, clean, spacious and walking distance to everything. You do have to pay a little extra for the parking but it's right outside the building. There were many things to do right there or within walking distance to more sights, we walked up to Petros for lunch and it didn't disappoint, everything we ordered was yummy. We also had dinner at the Ramen sushi restaurant around the corner from the apartment it was delicious. The apartment was secure however, there were a lot of homeless that walk the strip right there and were constantly panhandling whenever you left the building. I still felt safe within the apartment and area but it was something to be noted. All in all I would definitely stay here again if ever back in the area.
