"This was beautiful property and perfect house for our needs for our daughter's graduation from UTk weekend. We were worried it would be too far away but it ended up not being an issue and we were able to avoid some of the crowd. Craig and his wife were wonderful adjusting dates for us as we were not sure when graduation would be and such. Glad our family could hand together. Thanks, Joy"

"Booked the weekend for Rock the Country even though we ended up not going due to rain and mud . We had a wonderful stay at this cabin . Very relaxing and even seen 3 deer on Sunday morning. Very clean and homey . Awesome get away with a at home feeling. "

"My grandson and I stayed here for 3 nights. We appreciated every single detail. Soo many favorites with this place. 1. Only 3 miles from my mom’s house. 2. The expertise in design and decor while still capturing the age of the cabin. 3. We explored every inch of this 240 year old home. "The cabin has large rooms, perfect for a group of family members or friends. It is clean and the kitchen has helpful appliances. The porch and family room are perfect for hanging out and chatting. The game room was a huge hit with all ages. I recommend it 100%."

"We enjoyed Lil Ponderosa because it was spotless and we felt at home immediately. We slept well in the king sized bed that is super comfortable. The location is in between Maryville and Knoxville which worked perfectly for our trip. We can’t wait to stay on the property again. Great experience. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your lovely cabin! It was a perfect location for our family to get to and from UT for graduation festivities. The cabin has a lot to offer from the hot tub, the pool table, and the games which our family all enjoyed using. The cabin is surrounded by a very peaceful environment and we loved sitting on the porch. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. I would highly recommend this property if you are looking to stay close to the university and the airport. "
