  • Amazing ocean views!

    Welcome to Sunrise to Sunset, our 3 bedroom 2 bath cottage located at MP 2.5 in Kitty Hawk! Ocean views from all 13 windows surrounding the great room! Very comfortable and bright cottage you are sure to enjoy, both inside and out. Very conveniently located across the street from the ocean and close to many great restaurants. This home has a great layout with lots of light and views of the water from every room. The front deck is the perfect morning spot to soak in the ocean views and beautiful sunrise. Use the back deck for sunset dinners or just laying out. And don't forget the hot tub!

    Plenty of off-street parking under the home as well as a storage room stocked with an extra refrigerator, umbrellas, beach cart and chairs, laundry room with brand new washer and dryer, large outdoor shower, plus a gas grill, and a hammock!

    Bedroom 2 - Queen-size bed, dresser, SMART TV, DVD player
    Bedroom 3 - Twin over Full bunk bed and a futon, comfortably sleeps 4, flat-screen tv, DVD player, Apple TV

    Hall bathroom with tub and shower

    Great room includes plenty of seating with two full-size couches, ceiling fan, books, games, lots of DVDs and 50” SMART TV with Blu-ray DVD over the cozy (electric) fireplace

    Kitchen fully stocked with coffee pot as well as a Keurig, microwave, blender, and hall pantry. 2nd refrigerator recently added to utility room for additional cold storage.

    Large dining table for 8 plus more seating at the kitchen bar.

    Free high-speed internet with WiFi.

    Additional items provided for guests with small children: high chair, pack n play, as well as umbrella stroller.

    LINENS and TOWELS are NOT provided.

Our stay was wonderful! The house was beautiful and we really appreciated that they house offered so many beach accessories. The location was perfect, whether accessing the beach or things around town. The owner's went above and beyond to make sure our stay was wonderful!

This was such a perfect house. It had everything you need. Good views, loaded kitchen, tv, games, steps to the beach, walking distance to some restaurants, within 15 min from KDH. Great communication. I definitely plan to stay here again!!

Kitty Hawk Getaway!

Really enjoyed visiting Kitty Hawk! Lots of rain through our stay but there are so many things to do besides the beach, it was easy to stay busy! Really enjoyed Sunrise to Sunset! Great house and great hosts!!

Excellent vacation home!

We enjoyed everything about this house! The location was excellent, the owner so kind and helpful, the house was stocked with everything you could think of and then some to make our stay so very hospitable. Everything was cleaned, tidy and organized and the house came with great activities to enjoy when not at the beach. Will def stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Howard's property. The place has a wonderful view and vibe and so many extras provided (pack n play for baby, kids beach toys, etc.). Howard was very responsive and hospitable. Would definitely stay again!

Perfection in Kitty Hawk

The perfect North Carolina beach bunglow Kitchen is VERY well equipped and the living area offered several entertainment options. Close to everything in Kitty Hawk and KDH. Will book again for a small family gathering.

Our family loved this house! It is very clean, comfortable, and the kitchen was updated and well stocked. The ocean views were amazing! The host was very friendly and responsive! Easy check in and check out. We’re already dreaming of when we can stay here again.

Great house and location!

The house is clean, fully stocked with most items you need including beach gear, and is just steps to the ocean! We had a great time at the beach and hanging out at the house in the hot tub and nice backyard. It’s also close to everything in Kitty Hawk so there are plenty of restaurants and other activities. Our family loved the house and had an awesome trip!

Great ocean getaway!

Absolutely loved our stay! Howard was an excellent host, the house was clean, the kitchen was well stocked, and we felt right at home. Also, the sunrise was a perfect treat each morning! The beach was only a few minute walk and there was plenty of beach supplies in the utility room, if needed. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place in OBX.
