    Le esperan muchas actividades al aire libre: disfrute de espectaculares amaneceres oceánicos desde las cubiertas delanteras y de las hermosas puestas de sol desde la parte posterior.  Deje que los niños jueguen en el patio de juegos o tengan un juego de voleibol familiar en el patio trasero cercado.  Descansa junto a la piscina privada, juega un partido de ping pong al aire libre o relájate en la bañera de hidromasaje.

    En el interior, perfeccione sus habilidades de piscina en la sala de juegos de la planta baja recientemente renovada, pase tiempo en familia en la gran sala espaciosa o tómese un momento privado en una de las 7 habitaciones de generosas dimensiones.

    ¡Y no te olvides de la playa!  ¡El fácil acceso a la hermosa playa vigilada de Chicahauk Trail está a solo 700 pies de distancia!

    THE BEACH HOUSE hace que sea fácil reunirse con su gran cocina abierta, mesa de comedor con 10 asientos y barra de desayuno, todo junto con la gran sala.  Disfrute de la vista panor��mica del océano mientras disfruta de una gran cena familiar, luego salga a la terraza para disfrutar del cielo nocturno sin el resplandor de la gran ciudad.

    Cuando es hora de llamarlo una noche, hay espacio más que suficiente para todos.  Con alojamiento para 16 personas y 5 Master suites, cada uno tiene su propio lugar para relajarse y revitalizarse para las aventuras del día siguiente.

    Como parte de la comunidad de Southern Shores durante su estadía, tendrá acceso a canchas de tenis, puerto deportivo, estacionamiento exclusivo para la comunidad en los puntos de acceso a la playa y parques infantiles para los niños.  Las aceras pavimentadas serpentean en toda la comunidad también.

Reviewer Comments: This is our sixth year in this wonderful house, it has all the amenities that make our vacation, special and enjoyable with the activities available at the house. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped. We loved the new family room furniture. It was comfortable. Having a backyard with a playset volleyball and a pool encourages you to spend time together at the house and doesn’t require you to go out constantly. Vacation for us is about family being under one roof And in this home it’s one big wonderful roof.

Great location.

We had a great stay. The house is about a 1 minute walk to the beach. The house had all the amenities you could ask for. There was lots of space and the backyard and pool are great for days you decide not to go to the beach. There is lots of space so you and your guests are not all over each other. The only thing I would change is that the bathrooms need updating or to be cleaned better. It is also on a main road but that didn’t present any problems.

Our First Family Vacation

The kitchen was well stocked and the furnishings gorgeous! The backyard was perfect for games and play room for the kids. The fencing was appreciated, with a second fence around the pool area. Our little ones could not get in without adults present, which was great! Unfortunately, the two closest beach access points closest to us were closed due to construction, but that was just poor timing. Also, the pool heat was not operable until the end of our vacation. However, you did give it your attention and a refund was issued. We had a wonderful experience from start to finish working with your company. You were so kind answering my many questions (first time I had done this in quite some time) and always pleasant. Thank you so much, we had a very nice, memorable trip!

Family Vacation Week

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rented this home for my husband's 70th birthday with the kids and grands...6 adults and 6 kids & lots of space for everyone. The layout was good and the elevator to move luggage and groceries was great! The kids enjoyed the pool, game room and ping pong table as well as its proximity to the beach.The house however was not well cleaned. I spilled water on the kitchen floor soon after arrival and used the swiffer wet mop only to find the pad black when I went to remove it. The floor had definitely NOT been mopped b4 our arrival. So I mopped the whole floor, not just the spill. And the grill was filthy. Luckily I had grill mats otherwise we would not have used the grill at all. I vacuumed b4 leaving and the edges were very edge cleaning done recently for sure!The only interaction we had with the rental company was picking up the keys and dropping them off but in just those short interactions, I consider them unprofessional. Upon arriving and being given our packet of info, I noticed the address was different than the one on the rental agreement...same number but different town. I asked and was told it was the right house. I tried to look it up on my phone but got no service and was told they didn't have wireless at the office for me to use. There were directions on the package but without any distances...go to this light turn, etc. Nothing to say the light was 1 or 10 miles away. I told the person there they should make sure the addresses matched and provide more detail in their directions and was told "That's not my job". I don't appreciate hearing that from someone I consider to be in a service industry. Upon check out I mentioned the cleaning issues and not one note was made about them either.Also, I know the rental agreement said we were responsible for "paper products" but I find it ludicrous that our welcome package included exactly 1 roll of toilet paper for a 7 1/2 bath home...and none were at the house itself.

My only issue was that the office knew 2 things were inoperable upon checkin & we were not informed. It would not have changed anything, but we spent 10 minutes trying to figure out if the elevator doors were all closed and why it wasn’t operating and then the children were very upset about the Pac-Man machine not working. If we had known we would not have wasted that time or called you guys to get that information that you could’ve passed to us upon check-in. The house is beautifully decorated and accommodates her family perfectly. God was good and gave us perfect weather for a week. The pool with pristine and Clean, as was the hot tub. I think my only suggestion would be if it would be possible to have more silverware. As we were unable to finish dinner and dessert, and have enough forks and spoons. We will be running again next year and we appreciate how well you guys upkeep this property.

Beautiful beach home!!! and a short walk to the beach. Although we didn’t have the best beach weather, the kids enjoyed the pool, pool table, hot tub, ping-pong table and the huge back yard for croquet and bocce ball…..I recommend this house as a great vacation rental!

Private bathrooms for 5 bedrooms. The pool area and hot tub were perfect. The house is close to everything. It is on a busy street though. Hard to get out at times. Really can’t hear the traffic in the house though. We hired a local private chef to cook for us 2 nights. The food was awesome. OBX chefs Cecil (Tony) Pentecost. Fabulous vacation. The elevator came in handy as did the 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers. Duck is just down the street for some fun shopping

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful Home. A short walk to the beach. The house was very roomy. The master suites were awesome. Comfy beds. Private bathrooms for 5 bedrooms. The pool area and hot tub were perfect. The house is close to everything. It is on a busy street though. Hard to get out at times. Really can’t hear the traffic in the house though. We hired a local private chef to cook for us 2 nights. The food was awesome. OBX chefs Cecil (Tony) Pentecost. Fabulous vacation. The elevator came in handy as did the 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers. Duck is just down the street for some fun shopping

Getaway

Beautiful home. Went with 4 other couples. Close to everything. It is on a busy street, but an easy walk to the beach. Spent a lot of time by the pool too. We loved it. Just make sure you bring everything you would need at home down to dish towels, paper towels, toilet paper etc. it does have 2 dishwashers and 2 refrigerators. Very convenient. Would highly recommend

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay in Kitty Hawk was amazing. The home we stayed in was beautiful. It was very well provisioned and even included many things that made our stay even more enjoyable - heated pool, hot tub, pool table, playground, volley ball, ping pong, arcade games, as well as a variety of board games. All of this in addition to easy access to the beach created a true vacation haven.

Great for families with kids

We stayed with 3 other families. The fact that there are 4 master king suites is amazing. Our kids were all under the age of 13 and they loved the house and the pool. It was a short walk to the beach.

Great house in a great location

Property was clean and well-maintained. It had all the amenities and supplies advertised, and was perfect for our group. We could stay at the house, with a pool, hot tub, grill, pool table, ping pong, and more; go to the beach (easy walk); or explore Duck and other nearby towns (a few minute drive). Would do it again without question.
