Located RIGHT ON THE BEACH in Kitty Hawk, this Beach House offers traditional Outer Banks charm and character with modern features and updated furnishings. Catch the sunrise from the large oceanfront deck or watch the kids playing on the beach. This is the perfect family vacation destination.

Ground Level: Exterior amenities include parking for 3 cars, carport, shaded patio sitting area with deck swing, enclosed outside shower, wood path to the oceanfront deck and steps to the front entry.

MId Level: Great room with 55" Smart TV and ocean views, dining area seating 6 with deck access and ocean views and kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, ocean views and breakfast bar seating 2. Queen Master Bedroom with 32" Smart TV, private bathroom and laundry with washer and dryer. 2 Queen Bedrooms each with 32" Smart TV, full hall bathroom and an additional private room with 2 Singles, 32" Smart TV. Furnished sun and shaded decks.

Extras: 5 TVs, ocean views, high speed internet access, Keurig & Standard coffee makers, gas grill, adjacent to the community beach walkway, washer/dryer, enclosed outside shower, carport, furnished decks, ocean views, deck swing, linens and towels provided and parking for 3 cars. Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Great location!

Loved being right on the beach over the small sand dune. House was nice and as expected. Great location in Kitty Hawk with easy drives to many locations within the Outer Banks!

Not impressed

Issues from day one and the property management company wants you to do it all online but they never call you to speak to you about anything. The house is set to 72 no cooler and the "master" bedroom was so hot In October it was miserable. The master is an add on and it does not have good ducting into it obviously. We contacted about the stand fan not working and about the thermostat. Never once was contacted back by the company to speak to them. My step-son told me someone showed up and came in, without knocking or asking and said all the fans worked in the ceilings and you can't change the thermostat and left. First off not happy about just walking in as we had small kids and dogs with us. And second the company could have called and spoken to us as well before sending someone or after if they felt everything was right when it was not. Started the washer and dryer the second night there and the washer was so loud screeching you could here it across the street. Of course this was after hours so you had to do a report online again and this time no one came out, called or emailed about the issue. The house also is not ocean view as the dunes are so high you can not see the beach from the house at all.

Perfect OBX house!

This is the perfect beach house, especially if you are bringing pets. All of the rooms are spacious and the view from the living is a perfect 10. The only thing that I would recommend is for renters to know to bring hand soap for the sinks, extra garbage bags, detergent for the dishwasher, paper towels and something to clean/scrub dirty dishes with. The owner lists all of this, but this is just a friendly reminder that you will need to go out and get these items, if you forget.

KH10, Beach House/ Oceanfront, Ocean views, Dogs Welcome!

Great location. Tastefully updated "classic" beach house on the beach at Kitty Hawk. Comfy clean furnishings and well equipped kitchen. Great views, easy to find, convenient to grocery, restaurants and activities. We spent most of our time on the beach. Sunrise walks, cool clear waters and lots of sunshine. This place had everything we needed. Thanks for the good memories.
