Our beautiful house, mere steps from the sand with 6 star hospitality has 5 bedrooms, 5 En suite baths and comfortably sleeps 10. This professionally decorated home boasts a fully equipped kitchen with a large island, coffee bar, bathrooms with soft towels and ready made beds with linens and blankets, all of which are laundered in between each guest's stay. There are TV’s in each bedroom and living room all equipped with ROKU…YouTube TV, Disney+, ESPN+, HULU and Paramount+. We offer a plentiful assortment of kitchen and bath amenities for convenience, including starter toiletries, makeup removal cloths, hair dryers and beach towels. Summer schedule rentals are weekly, Saturday to Saturday.

-Towels and Linens provided at no extra charge
-Beach Towels provided for your convenience
-Heated Pool/Hot Tub
-Fully equipped kitchen amenities include both a Keurig & auto drip coffee maker, blender, toaster, crock pot, pots, pans and an assortment of utensils for home cooked meals.
-For your enjoyment, we provide you with a variety of K-Cups, filter coffee packs, individual coffee creamer, sugar and Splenda.
-A variety of Tazo teas is furnished for you as well.
-Along with oil and spices, there is a supply of dishwashing soap, hand soap, dish towels, sponges for your convenience.
-USB ports on night stands in each bedroom.
-There is a full size washer/dryer with starter detergent located on second floor.
-In the laundry area, you will find a full size ironing board with an iron and laundry basket.
-Downstairs on the parking level, you will find a storage room with beach items for your convenience including beach chairs, umbrellas, beach cart, body boards, beach buckets for building amazing sandcastles, putt-putt balls/putters and a corn hole board with bags.

Everything about this home, from the owner’s flexibility and responsiveness, to the layout and amenities, was exceptional. Our kids (ages 15, 13, and 8) loved the putting green, pool, hot tub combo. Apart from each bedroom having an en suite, there were little convenient touches like charging stations for phones and devices. The location allowed us to walk to several of our favorite Kitty Hawk restaurants, which was a delightful bonus. We had a great experience and would highly recommend this property to other families.

Beautiful beach property

This house has become one of our favorite beach properties - the location to the beach (literally right across the street), quality of furnishings, and fun amenities (putt putt, hot tub, and pool) all made this house a winner! House was extremely clean, plenty of towels, well stocked kitchen and fabulous ocean views. We LOVED it!

Nov. Birthday Escape

We were thrilled with our stay from our first step inside. Each of the five bedrooms are spacious with their own en-suite. The beds are very comfortable. This was the perfect place for four couples to stay, relax and celebrate one of our birthday. Would stay there again!

Fabulous house

This was a great house for our group of friends, it was spacious giving us all our own space if we wanted. Across the street from the beach with great views from the front deck. The back yard was amazing!! We all had fun on the putting grren. Unfortuneatley, the weather did not cooperate so pool and hot tub time was limited Definitely would reccommend this home!!

Met all expectations!

Great house, great location, and GREAT hosts/owners! Exactly the vacation we were looking for and the property accommodated six adults and 4 children without breaking a sweat. Plenty of space and amenities for all.
