Large Pool and Hot tub, 3rd house to beach!

Enjoy one of the most desirable areas of the Outer Banks in this beautiful, newly renovated home. Situated third lot from the beach, Sea Rest has 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, a pool and hot tub, and many more amenities to having you relaxing in no time. It is truly in the heart of Southern Shores with shopping and restaurants just a bike ride away. Beach chairs, wagon, and two bikes are provided to make trips to the beach easy and enjoyable. It's the perfect home for your next family vacation! Sea Rest sleeps 11, which includes 2 Queens, a King, 1 double and 1 twin, and a pullout couch in a den (with doors for privacy). The home features new flooring in entire home, an updated kitchen, and custom designed, newly renovated bathrooms. One of the many attractions to this property is the over-sized pool, a rare find! Sea Rest is nestled in the trees on a 3/4 acre lot with decks on all sides of the home, including a covered front porch. There are multiple places to relax and listen to the ocean waves with porch seating, hot tub, 2 double swings and a double hammock. For your convenience there is a path that takes you to the beach, just a short 4 minute walk!

Main Level: Covered front porch seating, foyer with washer/dryer closet and full bath with tub, vaulted main living area with 65 inch smart tv, dining room table with seating for 8 and bar seating for 6, updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops, and den with pull out sleeper couch and smart tv. King Master bedroom with smart tv, walk in closet, and vaulted ceilings. Queen Master bedroom with smart tv, slider door to deck with ocean views, and vaulted ceilings.
Upper Level: Queen bedroom with private deck and ocean views, smart tv, and vaulted ceilings, Full bathroom, and loft bedroom with double and twin beds, vaulted ceilings, and tv.
Ground Floor: Laundry room with full size washer and dryer and half bath right off the pool and hot tub area, outdoor shower, park grill

  • One of the northernmost towns along the coast in North Carolina, Duck is an idyllic town on the shores of the Currituck Sound. This shot was taken from the town's boardwalk while looking West over the sounds. It is advisable to visit the location in Winter as that is off season - so you can spend more time taking in the beauty of the North Carolina coastline and also sunsets are usually much more picturesque around the time owing to the cooler temperatures and lower amount of atmospheric haze. Plenty of things around Duck to see. Further north, there is the Currituck Lighthouse where you can climb the steps to the top of the lighthouse. North of Corolla, there is an area where you can drive along the coast on the sand - 4X4s a must. Here you can spot some Spanish Mustangs, horses out in the wild. If you're lucky, you can spot them running along the beach in the surf. I'd recommend taking a tour through the Corolla Wild Horse Fund - the money from the tours is used to help the wild horses in every which way possible and the staff are knowledgeable and friendly.
