I have so much to say I don’t even know where to begin. The house was not cleaned. I cleaned when we arrived. Sand was everywhere, windows were filthy, caked on cob webs on the paneling walls, disgusting smudges of god knows what on the bathroom mirror, the throw rugs were extremely warn and dingy. The microwave did not work, when told about the issue, the realtor company said “The owner doesn’t believe it’s time to replace the microwave yet.” So we went the entire week without being able to reheat food quickly. We had to pull out pots and pans and use the oven and stove (just what I want to do on vacation). The fridge was not cooling anything down at all, the realtors fix for this was bringing us 2 coolers and some bags of ice (just as if we were camping, again just what I want to do at a beach house). It’s very obvious the owner doesn’t care about the comfort of their guests and the realtor company works for the owner so don’t expect help from them. Dave, the man who delivered the ice and coolers was very nice. I am bit confused as to why a 1970’s microwave that doesn’t work is going to be serviced by the owner instead of replaced. This all happened the first and second night we were there so it wasn’t a great start to vacation. After day 3 we adjusted and endured. Overall extremely disappointing. I have pics of everything as well and just want to add that not one person tried to make this situation right and that is just bad business.

Dont do it ....Just dont.

So they didnt clean the place. Like at all. Anywhere they could cut corners they did. The property manager had an attitude. Im not expecting the Taj Mahal. But at a certain point its just ridiculous.From the dollar tree furniture to the shameful grill. These people need to put money in the amenities. Trash was tipped over when i got there from the last tenants All over the yard . Clumps of hair in the bathroom . Holes in the box springs. Wrong wifi info. Def worth about half of what they are asking. Only thing nice about the house was the new deck. Worst part is they sent a quality control person over who was nice but she missed everything. All the kitchenware was terribley dirty . They have roaches and woke.up with sores from the bugs. Dont know if they were bed bugs or not. Avoid this Box like the plague. Your welcome
