This 2 BR beach-themed townhome has everything you need for the summer beach vacation, or the weekend getaway in the spring, fall, and winter. The Master Bedroom features a king bed while the Kids Room provides 2 twin beds. Upstairs in the open area there is a pull out sofa for a fifth guest.

The full kitchen has all the cooking gear you need for home cooked meals, drip coffee maker, and more. If it's chilly, use the fireplace or hot tub! Or stay use one of the three ample flat-screen TVs with cable and streaming (Netflix, Hulu, ESPN, Disney+).

You get multiple balconies with breezy ocean views. We provide beach gear, bikes, tennis equipment, and more.

You'll have access to this entire townhome with a 1-car garage, 2 additional parking spaces in front, and to the resort amenities.

There are very few properties that are so large inside, with 2 bedrooms, so close to the beach, with so many resort amenities that are still so centrally located. The Kitty Hawk Beach here is like no other running so close to the beach road. Nearly half the residents @ Sea Dunes are locals and the others are long term 2nd home owners. A hidden gem on the Outer Banks, there is a waiting list of new owners who want to buy here.

Clearly the sunrise on the balcony over the ocean view cannot be beat. The beach is so close. But there are also many great shops and restaurants in walking distance: John's Drive In and Cap't Franks are Outer Banks institutions; The Black Pelican Oceanfront Restaurant is one of the best on the beach; Barefoot Bernies has live music; and don't forget La Fagota's Mexican, Sanya Sushi, Stack 'em High Pancakes.
Must adhere to resort rules posted in the unit, I can send you a copy on request. They are common-sense rules so that all in the community are happy!
Quiet time after 10PM
Dogs only - NO CATS, $25 / day pet fee
No cooking curry or other heavily spiced dishes - we don't have a spice kitchen and cannot remove the odor from heavily spiced cooking between guests - I will assess a $250 fee through the Resolution Center for the cost of odor removal.
Smoking on the deck permitted, but not inside.
No overcrowding - I will assess a $100 per night fee for each person over the maximum occupancy of 6 through the Airbnb resolution center.
