House was great and exactly what the listing said it would be ! Only issue we had was getting the tv’s to work but hey we were on vacation and didn’t need tv anyway ! Would book again for sure !

There were 11 of us and it was comfortable to have sufficient sleeping space. The hot tub was nice but we were so busy, didn't get a chance to use it. The house is located across a major road (Rt 158) so getting to the beach on foot is challenging. We ended up driving and parking. Since it was out of season, we didn't have an issue finding parking but in the summer I am betting it can be an issue to find parking. Overall we enjoyed our stay at the beach.

One for the books

We enjoyed our stay! It was nice and quiet neighborhood. It was plenty of room for us and there were tvs in every room. The hot tub and pool were nice too!

Great place for a big group

Myself, wife, 3 teens. Grandma and Papa came for 4 days, another 2 sons, wife, and 18 month old the next 3. All with their own bedroom and bathroom! Great house. Pool, pool table, 2 decks, and endless things to do in Kitty Hawk. Highly recommend.

Great house BUT……

I must say that the home itself and location was great. However the cleanliness of the house was atrocious! I will be contacting the owners directly with details but just know that I would never rent though Blue Via Vrbo again.

Family vacation

We're a family of 9 and had plenty of space in the house. The 3 levels were convenient to separate kids from adults at times. The pool and hot tub were an amazing feature that you cannot find in a lot of houses, especially for the price we had paid. The beach is only 2 minutes away by car and there is plenty of shopping close by as well. We had a couple issues that were resolved within less than 24hours by the property management. Fantastic and easy communication.

Great house but disgustingly dirty

The house itself was a beautiful house and nicely decorated, but the cleanliness of the house was very awful. When spoke to the company that cleans the house, we were told it was up to standards. There was trash all over the yard when we pulled up, when we enter the house it was just not clean at all

This was not as updated as advertised. The home was dusty, dirty and underkept. It did not have any modern flair to it. We were promised a "starter pack" that was meant to include items to get us through the first night or so. We did get the starter pack, but it did not have dish soap or paper towel. The home was not clean. From the serving spoons, to the fridge, to the dishwasher, to dead/alive rodents, the home was absolutely not up to standard. Communication with the property staff was limited and not available after hours which is something to note if booking. You will not have access to the staff that can help after hours. The remotes had no batteries in them and the TVs did not work. Also the wifi absolutely was not working and neither was the AC system on the middle level. It honestly was a horrible experience.

Nice spacious house

House was as expected. Nice and spacious. Very good main living areas for large groups to hang or play games. Bedrooms are nice and have drawers and closets that help to keep you organized. Pool was very nice. Lots of trees for shade while at the pool. But that did make the pool a bit dirty. But didn’t mind too much as it was expected due to pictures. Had a couple of issues with maintenance. Couple of bathrooms needed to be snaked. Dryer broke mid stay and iron didn’t work but was replaced quickly. It did take maintenance at least a day to come out to us. And they needed to have someone at the house so that was a bit tricky. But we worked it out. Dryer is being replaced, just wasn’t able to replace while we were there. If maintenance is needed, it will take time. But while he was there he walked us through what was happening and fixed the bathrooms very quickly. Very happy with our house and our stay. Nice quiet neighborhood. It is across the street from the beach, since the hwy was very crowded we choose to always drive to the beach and there was plenty of parking available near the beach. Very happy with our choice.

Great girls Weekend

Great cottage to stay with friends. Had a few minor issues when we checked in but property manager was very helpful and friendly even after hours. They had a wasp problem on the upper deck which was aggravating but that just nature. They could update shower heads mine screamed at me the entire shower. Party lights would be nice on each of the decks and around the hot tub. Pool was not open yet would have like to try that out. I would definitely stay at this location again it was a very clean cottage and in a great quiet location.

Beach moms recharge

We wanted to hang out, chat, cook meals, do some art projects and walk on the beach. We could do all of it at Bama Breeze. The living area was so roomy. We had what we needed in the kitchen and the beach was a short drive away.
