The toilet flush mechanism broke 3 times, and we had a hotel maintenance guy to fix it twice - but obviously the fix was not permanent. ..."

Comfort Inn Guelph
Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Waterloo St. Jacobs
"Was disappointed that when we checked in they were not able to honor our original room request. We were moved to a 2 bed queen room. They kept telling us “this room was more expensive and bigger”, Beds and pillows were not comfortable. Bathroom sink had a leak. We have stayed at other Hampton Inns ..."
