"Zimmer sauber und nett, leider keine Steckdose. Personal freundliche und hilfsbereit. Frühstück zur Hauptzeit für 1 Mitarbeiter ein wenig schwierig alles, was ausgegangen ist, wieder nachzufüllen. Trotzdem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. "

"Camera spaziosa e pulita, un po' meno i corridoi, ma è un residence e vi sono anche appartamenti privati. Zona centralissima, piena di negozi e bar, ci si muove comodamente a piedi. Non vi sono aree comuni (bar, ristorante etc) solo la piccola reception, con la possibilità di lasciare il bagaglio dopo il check out. Ci siamo trovati molto bene (2 adulti e due adolescenti)."

"Location is great...it's in the centre yet away from all the noise. They have limited rooms so it's less people and very quiet. We had a good sleep after a long day of walking. Close to all the shops, restaurants and public transports. Staff are friendly, helpful and exceeded my expectations. They gave me a bottle of champagne for my birthday. Breakfast was also good. "

"The reception was really friendly. But the cleanliness needs improvement! The sheet had some stains and the kettle could also have used a cleaning. The street noise was really loud and combined with the poor pillow and mattress, it was difficult to get much sleep. The bathroom fan smelled bad, but otherwise, the bathroom was clean. You can't control the AC, only the reception staff can. Besides, the AC only provides heating."

"Amazing, central location. The hotel is within a beautiful building, with stunning high ceilings in our room. The staff were very helpful, polite and friendly and the hotel was clean. Unfortunately, our room had a bad smell, which we let the staff know about - this was a shame, because otherwise everything was great. "

"I loved the decor of the hotel and the rooms were spacious and nice. The bed was a little hard for me; but i’m the type who prefers a soft mattress. The hotel itself was clean and the staff was very nice. I liked that they had a free water and coffee station that is available 24/7. They also have breakfast (for an extra cost) and it was ok. I recommend passing on it, but if you need something quick there are options there. I would recommend this hotel to others, and I would book again if I come...

"Incredible service by Petra and Attila. They gave us all the great restaurants and bakeries and places to go. Thanks for their help with trains !! The sauna was so deluxe: hot and a nice rest area. The breakfast was delicious with fresh squeezed juice. Great pastries. Our room was quiet and the bed was great. Super location with easy walk everywhere. We are coming back . "
