"Nicely equipped 3 bedroom house that suited our need for a week while waiting for possession of a new home. Though not brand new or overly modern, it was clean and comfortable - kitchen well equipped and plenty of parking in the driveway. In a quiet residential area in west end of Kingston, 15 minutes to downtown."

"Great space for two people. Nice kitchen and sitting area with large windows. Short walk to Queens U or downtown restaurants and shops. Stairs to the sleeping loft are steep and narrow, be careful! Overall a wonderful stay"

"A perfect little apartment for a stay in Prince Edward County, furnished with all I needed for a comfortable stay. I enjoyed the outdoor space with water views which was a great spot for a book and glass of wine. Nice location, close to Picton, wineries and beaches. Hosts were available if needed and made booking and check in a breeze. Thanks for a wonderful getaway!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Loyalist Bird House. The apartment was warm and cozy, and we felt at home from the moment we walked in the door. Beds and furniture were comfortable, the kitchen was amazing, with everything you could want to prepare a meal. We liked the thoughtful touches, like the mints, snacks, bottles of water and the K-cup choices. Location was great for us, outside of town for peace and quiet but close enough to see all that the County has to offer. We would definitely...

"Very hot (no air conditioning); conversation at night should not have bothered other guests (thin walls); sign asking for 5 stars as a minimum ot of 5 is objectionable (why ask)"

"We didn't stay overnight in the end. When we came the place was cold and by the time Shana answered that we can heat the appartment up with the fireplace, we had to leave. Probably the place is ok in the summer."

"Would have given a better rating if we had not had the basement shower leak all over the floor and the coffee machine break on us the first morning only to be replaced by a 5-cup machine. Just really inconvenient. But the location was great."
