"We found this property while needing a last minute pet friendly hurricane evacuation plan. Location was great and the owners were really great to work with! My kids loved being right at the lake and they have all the lake amenities you need (bait, splash mats, boat rental info). Great place to get away from it all and relax."

"The place is an old, raunchy roadside motel and storage. I would never stay in that place again and would not recommend it to anyone. I downloaded an app to check the decibel level of the air conditioner (that is directly next to the bed). It measures at 68 decibels. Tried to contact the manager, but they were conveniently gone. Overall, I'm not clear how the place passes inspection. We just need a place to crash for two nights while attending a weekend party at the lake, so we didn't want to...
